The boat ramp/dock makes it a popular spot for boaters, but by far the most popular mode of transportation were jet skies. Unfortunately it is a rocky beach, so it can only be enjoyable if you bring water shoes. There is one covered shelter, a bathroom and that's about all folks. Not a place where you really want to hang out. Perfectly fine if you have a boat or jet ski and will be spending the majority of your time on the river.

Operated by the county, it is a simple park with a good boat launch, partially shaded parking and your basic picnic and bathroom facilities. It is located 7 miles Northeast of Corvallis and roughly 2-1/2 miles from downtown Albany. My favorite part with was the arched pedestrian bridge over the boat lunch. Trees all around so there is plenty of shade around. I will have some pictures but have to wait for a sunny day. The people who live in the area are pretty nice. People need to check this out and take your family to have a nice and enjoyable, relaxed day. Plenty of parking and it's pretty much well maintained.
