Whether you are arriving from Corvallis or heading towards Albany, this park is a beautiful spot to…read moreput in or take out from the Willamette River. Operated by the county, it is a simple park with a good boat launch, partially shaded parking and your basic picnic and bathroom facilities. It is located 7 miles Northeast of Corvallis and roughly 2-1/2 miles from downtown Albany. My favorite part with was the arched pedestrian bridge over the boat lunch. Who says basic functionality can't have a little style?

Due to the time of the year, there was nothing good left online and I was facing the prospect of having to spend an additional $80 on a new pump and having to wait at least a week, or else drive 2 hours out of my way to get a dubious replacement. Matt simply suggested I buy a $10 Adapter (available at any car parts store) to convert the cigarette lighter to one that works off alligator clips - problem solved !! Super grateful to have someone knowledgable and caring solve my problem - who clearly cared more about the solution then making a sale. I highly recommend Matt and Oregon Outdoor Sports !

We recently moved from Colorado to Sweet Home and was very lucky to have found Anthony at Service…read moreWith A Smile. Anthony replaced one of our headlights that had gone out shortly after we arrived in Sweet Home. I had the bulb and he was more than happy to help us at no charge. Only took him a couple minutes. He refused any money, just wanted me to remember him when I needed more help. Two months later, he took care of a solenoid issue on my 2011 GMC Canyon. He not only repaired it, he gave us a ride home since it was raining. Then, brought the truck to me at home. I will always use Anthony whenever I need service. It is so nice to find someone who not only cares about your vehicle, but about you and your family. Thanks, Anthony Robert Villani
