If you want a garden-like setting in a park to enjoy some wine and Italian food, then this is your place. The food and wine here are excellent/elevated. They have a number of specialty house pizzas, all of which read to be excellent. A Margherita is perfect for me though and they do it well here. As the food is elevated, the pricing is a little higher and the portion sizing is a bit small. But that's expected, I think for a place like this. On my last visit, the weirdly small (0.1L) wine pours took this review down to 4 stars. I swear I asked the server two times to please bring 0.5L for my wife and me to share and we still kept getting these 4-sip pours. Lost in translation, maybe.

This is a very quaint, romantic looking restaurant, with lit candles on every table and a piano in the middle of the dining room. When you walk in, it smells AMAZING. We were seated quickly but it took quite a while before the waiter came back to take our order. I think you may just need to expect a slow paced meal when dining here. We ordered a tortellini in cream sauce / carbonara, and a shrimp pasta. Both were outstanding, and at €9 and €12 each, I thought they were an outstanding value. Like all German restaurants, expect that you'll need to buy a bottle of you want water, and also the waitperson will only come around if you call them over. Overall, if you're not in a hurry, this is an excellent option.
