My review is only based on the breakfast here and, if that is anything to go by, I would imagine your dinner experience will be just as good. The thing I love about this restaurant is that they list all their ingredient suppliers and, they are all local to the area. This is always something that gets my attention and you can see it with the breakfast service. The breakfast service is one of the nicest I have had, in a hotel in Germany. The ambience is nice and the staff are very friendly and prompt. This place makes poached eggs to perfection (a rare occurrence in Germany) and, the Weißwürst is one of the best I have had in Bavaria. The fruit counter is fabulous and there was tasty fresh mango available in the morning amongst other fruits along with fantastic Bircher muesli. The choices are plenty and they even have a little kiddies breakfast counter which seemed very popular with the kids. The choice of breads, cold meats and everything about this breakfast service was excellent. If you have a room at the hotel, breakfast is included in most cases and you can enjoy it in a great atmosphere. The staff even remembered my order the next morning, and asked if I wanted the same, a rare occurrence in Germany ;-)) I would come here again for sure. I would also like to try it for dinner and update my review accordingly.

Menu is extensive with a wide variety of Bavarian and alpine cuisine. A good mix of dishes small and big portions. We had the obatzda to start along with a Wurstsalat and they were both really well made. For main I had the tafelspitz and it was delicious. Came with fried potatoes, creamed spinach and an apple horseradish sauce. I really enjoyed my meal and all the plates went back empty. Service is good and overall reasonable considering the area it's in. I would happily come back here again.
