Say, "Giotto" or "Jakes" or "The Office" or "Cop-Shop"....you get my drift, it's pretty easy to find. The amount of times I have had to go outside of my apartment and walk around my block in order to find the driver is a little ridiculous. The price was right ($30 dollars for a one way trip or $50 round trip), and the pickup location was very convenient - right outside the Starbucks on Park St. The gentleman that runs this service is a sweet and personable. Though I was the only person on the shuttle at the time, he honored my appointment and delivered me promptly to Newark Airport. My only complaint is that the shuttle does not run after 6 at night. My late night cab ride home($60) would have covered the round-trip cost of this shuttle ($50).

Al was sitting in front of the house 10 minutes before the actual pick up time in a very nice Infiniti SUV... very comfortable ride coming and going. He greeted us, took our bags and got us on the road right away. Al was very cordial and engaged in conversation all the way out. On the way home, I texted Al that we had picked up our bags and were going through customs. He replied that he was there already, waiting for us. We were headed home in less than 5 minutes. Al was cordial and engaging on the way home too, a really nice guy. The price was the best I could find and easily comparable to prices I got from Uber and Lyft. Approx. one hour after her flight touched down, they contacted to me to say they were cancelling the pick up, as they'd been waiting too long!! The man on the phone was very rude, and seemed to have no understanding of how long it takes for a flight to taxi and for people to go through immigration and pick up bags from an international flight. I had to rush and luckily found another service who could pick her up quickly. Will never use Black Crown again.
