Dr. T.Jackson operated my boys' two rear ACL's and she was in constant community with us the entire time. She was very easy and pleasant to talk to. 2. Their prices reflect their service not "the extras" that you are told elsewhere...we paid less than half the price for this operation, it's been 6 months and they are still checking in on my boy to see how his recovery is doing. For that, I give them One million stars!!! 3. Overall, they are a great facility and I will continue to use them when needed or refer them to friends. Even though the facility is in Westlock it is not that far plus Westlock is a beautiful little city you can explore. Hurrayyyy for Westlock Vet!!!

I am more than happy with my experience !…read more I was so nervous about leaving my cat with a stranger, he's anxious and so attached to me and hates anyone else touching him. Susan let me stay to make him more comfortable, she was so patient and kind to him, gave him his favourite treats and was able to fit in a bathe on top of his trimming. He was purring by the end of his time with her, he looks and smells amazing and she even gave him a little bandana. She's so personable and such a kind soul, I will 100% be brining him back to her, I'd trust her with anyone's pets, and definitely any of my own. I know it's very important that a dog has a great first experience, or they will be scarred for future visits to any groomer. Toni and her crew I trust and after talking to one of the ladies before my appointment, any fears I had on this being her first time was out at ease. The place has been renovated since I was last there 2 years ago and looks nicer. Prices are still very reasonable. As mentioned in my first review, the best way to get a hold of them to book an appointment is via chat on FB, but you can still phone. And just a note, when I went to pick her up she didn't even want to leave so that's always a good sign. Looking forward to many more visits with my fur baby!
