Susan let me stay to make him more comfortable, she was so patient and kind to him, gave him his favourite treats and was able to fit in a bathe on top of his trimming. He was purring by the end of his time with her, he looks and smells amazing and she even gave him a little bandana. She's so personable and such a kind soul, I will 100% be brining him back to her, I'd trust her with anyone's pets, and definitely any of my own. Her pricing was so reasonable and he was done within an hour. Thank you Susan for making this a smooth and comfortable process for me and my sweet boy!!!

How many animals have to die before you realize that you're not a good caretaker or fit enough for the position you're trying to play. Your cameras are broken?? Ya right. He in such bad shape, for being there only 3 days, covered in his own filth, dehydrated, eye infection, and unable to walk, there was no way he would have survived any kind of recovery. I must also mention my autistic son became hysterical from seeing our dog in that state. The other dog, that did come home, had an eye infection, as well as, severe anxiety. The groomer didn't even acknowledge me nothing other then have a "I hate my life look on her face" My fiancé picks up our puppy and she's got short hair..... Only thing left long is her tail... I called and they had nothing but attitude ... To sum this place up avoid it. It's run down, disgusting, they don't follow instruction, zero remorse, so much attitude, I will never be back. I will always live with the guilt of not checking the facility out before I left my dogs there. They are both old, both small, both on meds. My dogs were only at this kennel 4 days and in that time they both lost weight, I don't think they were fed, I don't think they were given their meds either. My smallest guy, only 6.5lbs lost 2lbs in 4 days. He was so hungry he actually ate a small rock that he threw up. He caught a digestive infection while in there as well. He's been sick since I picked him up a week ago, been in vets care, he's too old and his little body won't recover. When I picked them up they were both lethargic and seemed weak. They were stuffed in a small cage and had probably spent the whole time in there. Honestly, this place is just horrible!

We can't say enough good things about ALL the staff, and the facility…read more We have a very energetic, young terrier and she always comes home from daycare happy and tired. She also never smells (like after the dog park) and has never come home sick. Mutts Adored has been a lifesaver with a new baby at home. They also board overnight and are flexible, helping out last minute. Best of all, they post pictures online every day so you can see what your pup was up to!! HIGHLY recommend to anyone and their doggies!
