He came out the day I called and inspected our home. He said the damage was both clear and irrefutable. IHR led us through the process of resubmitting our claim and it was paid in full by State Farm. it did take awhile for our roof to be replaced as IHR shares their crew with another company. They came out and did a great job replacing our roof. They did everything they promised and did it well!

I got estimates from six different roofing contractors, and Orange General Contracting gave me the best price while still providing everything I wanted in a new roof. They replaced my entire roof in just one day, starting around 7:00 AM and working until about 7:30 PM. The crew worked hard all day and did an excellent job from start to finish. The new roof looks great, and I was especially impressed with the cleanup afterward. They cleaned the property, ran magnets for nails, and hauled away all the old roofing materials. Best price out of six contractors, excellent workmanship, fast installation, and great cleanup. I would definitely recommend Orange General Contracting to anyone needing a new roof.

I discussed the situation before and offered to send photos which they declined. The representative came out and said there was nothing they could do without removing the lower floor ceiling to see the exposed beams. That would have cost thousands to repair. Later, my housemate suggested the flooring be lifted as it was going to be replaced anyway, a suggestion Tyndall, if experienced would have made. We had areas exposed by the GC and Tyndall returned and issued an invoice. I paid in full and received the electronic report, more than 60% of which were just photos of the house as filler. As a result of them having to return for another site visit, due to their inexperience, they charged another fee, almost equal to the report. This is dishonest. However, I offered to cover some of the second site visit costs which they refused. Contracts listing the scope of work, even in a brief email, would have prevented this double dipping. I trusted their professionalism. That was clearly misplaced.

I had another company to check the backflow, they said the backflow unit damage is usually caused…read moreby freezing: when you remove the unit if you don't take out the water inside it will damage the unit. I highly suspect this was what happened. To replace the unit it will cost 2000$. Only used rainy days once, to winterize and they broke the pipe, and didn't properly handle the backflow unit. Asked them to cap the unit, instead they went and repaired the pipes they broke and then charge me 500$+ for this unnecessary repair. Be aware of this company.
