Hello, my name is zackery Hamilton, I am the creator of three tree services. I took Sean under my…read morewing and taught him how to climb, and rig, and he went behind my back with the company and Tried to make it see like the company was his and solely his so we are in court right now over the business. I've since created HAMILTON AND SONS TREE CARE while we're in the wake of this court battle. Before starting with me Sean didn't know how to cut trees, and since we've been split and I started a court case, Sean has almost taken out a roof in the mountains after burning his ground guys hands with the rope after mis- informing them how many rope wraps should be around the lowering device to reduce the weight of the limb during the Helene aftermath here in North Carolina. He then found it funny to post a video of him felling a tree the wrong way into a power-line. If you need PROPER work and an educated worker, On the task at hand, give me a call at (910)489-1523. Roping, rigging, crane needs, all of it, WE GOT YOUR BACK at Hamilton and Sons Tree Care. I can show you pictures of me and Sean working together, and give you our stump grinders number who worked for me at three tree services and still works for me under Hamilton and Sons Tree Care, if youd like to get an honest opinion on the situation. I'd hate for Sean to ruin your house or fence from lack of knowledge just to get a dollar out of your pocket.

I hired Sarah and Chris for many projects on my property, and overall they did a great job…read more Projects included re-doing my fenced in garden, redoing the placement of my gutters, installing rainwater collectors, a perennial herb garden, doing basic yard maintenance when they were here. I always paid promptly, and I thought Sarah and I were becoming friends through all of our conversations. This was ongoing for over a year. Then they stopped returning my calls and texts about future projects and landscape work. Total silence from them. I am very disappointed, I was happy with their work, and don't know why they completely stopped responding to me. And between all of my projects and plantings, paid them thousands over the year. I worked in customer service roles for decades, and have never had an experience like this either as a supplier or customer. I don't even know why they dropped me as a customer, as they lack the common courtesy to even respond to me. Based on their lack of customer service and professionalism, I do not recommend them. They were recommended to me by a neighbor, I have let him know about my experience, and he is not recommending them either. Started off as a good relationship, don't know why they dropped me, I will never hire their services again and do not recommend them to others.
