There is also a Half Priced Books, a great Indian restaurant, David's Bridal, Pizza Hut, Once Upon a Child and some salon type services. As I said, a little bit of everything. There are plenty of parking spaces, although in the one corner (near where the pizza hut is) the spaces aren't right near the business. Not a huge issue because there are spots still fairly close. Just at an odd angle to how the lot is set up.

As of summer 2024, the anchor stores are Petsmart and Michaels. Other stores here include Ross Dress for Less, Once Upon a Child, Half-Price Books, Jared Galleria of Jewelry, David's Bridal, Treasure Hunt, etcetera. Restaurants include Mintt Indian and Pizza Hut. Service businesses include Elevation Weight Loss, Milan Laser, Success Barber Shop, Deka Lash, H&R Block, etcetera. A few storefronts are empty and are awaiting tenants. The parking lot is large and has enough spaces for customers to park. Overall, I do not expect to shop here frequently, but I enjoyed my recent visit.

There are even fitness related businesses (pilates and barre). The parking, though, seems to have been designed to support a lot less traffic than what comes through the plaza. It is always a mad house and a dash to find parking spaces. And you feel like you are putting your life at risk if you try to cross the parking lot on foot. It has gotten a little better since the opened the space between McDonalds and the plaza (easier access to the traffic signals to get to 22). But it is hard to get into and out of, especially if you need to make a left.

It is fairly easy to get into and out of (because of traffic lights) and back onto route 30. It is chain store central and can get really busy. There is a Target, Lowe's, Giant Eagle, Texas Roadhouse, Petsmart. I've been to the Target several times (usually for curbside) and have patronized several of the other businesses as well. There is ample parking and the lot seems to be fairly well maintained. The one downside is the through road can be a bit of a hot mess. People speed through from one side to the other, but cars are also trying to either drive over it or turn on to it to exit the businesses. A few more stop signs or additional signage might be helpful.

I recently shopped in the Target and Petsmart here. The area looked safe and clean. The parking lot contained a couple thousand spots, so I easily found a good parking spot for my vehicle. I found the merchandise that I wanted in the two stores. I cannot shop for many clothes or accessories here, but I think that this shopping center is convenient for people who are local residents.

Honestly, this is a run of the mill, small strip plaza. It is an interesting and eclectic mix of businesses. The biggest draw for me is Big Rigs. It is a phenomenal BBQ place that anyone who loves BBQ should definitely check out. But is also has a smoke shop, laundromat and nail salon. The nail salon is on the "upscale" end and you need an appointment. Because of the variety of businesses, it is a unique mix of people that patronize it. The parking lot is fairly well maintained, but it can be tough to get a spot if it is a busy night at Big Rigs. It can be tricky to get out of if you don't time the lights right.

I ate at Santo Coyote, an excellent Mexican restaurant, and at Kat's Coffeehouse, which is a fun cat-themed coffee shop with very good beverages, baked goods, and Penn State ice cream. The parking lot had enough spaces for me to easily park my vehicle. The buildings were in almost-new condition and were clean. I also saw a Kat and Willie Boutique, a basketball center, and a Little Appleseed Learning Center. This shopping center was a bit of a drive for me and is not close to many other commercial areas, so I recommend it for people who live nearby.

They also usually have at least 1-3 food trucks outside too. We also like going to the stores there too. There are so many nice places to buy discount clothes. Paris Baguette is my favorite place there. They have the best pastries. We love the monthly special, chocolate croissants, mochi donuts and sandwiches. The cakes are so moist and delicious. They also have lots of nIce events for kids and families like a safety event and gingerbread houses at Christmas.

They include Freya Jane's Bakery & Cafe, the Animal Hospital of Valencia, Peppino's Pizza, Keelan Dental, Briquettas, Anytime Fitness, and Glossy Nail Spa. I was a customer here one time at the Freye Jane's. The building was new and in excellent condition, and the parking lot was free and had enough spaces for me to easily find a parking spot for my vehicle. The buildings are still being built, so I look forward to seeing what this shopping center becomes in future years.
