After my first month of doing workouts on my own, Katie and Sophia (club managers) stepped in with encouragement and helped guide me toward a better mix of strength and cardio to reach my goals of losing fat and building muscle. Bryan and Abby's training classes have been a game changer. They make workouts fun while also teaching exercises and proper form that I can use in my own workouts. I feel better than I have in years, and the best part is the community -- it truly feels like family. I'm there five days a week and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

They have about 6 squat racks and extra barbells if you don't need a rack. They also have loads of free weights and treadmills/ellipticals - and it is always clean! The only negative comment I have is that it can get SUPER busy because it is on campus and the staff seems to get a bit flustered and a little irritated if you try to grab a mat, jump rope, etc. during a group session. I recommend avoiding the lunch hour and between 430-6pm. The staff is friendly but aren't in your face about your form or getting you to sign up for personal training. They respect your space but are eager to help if you ask! :)

I called to see if I could get my membership canceled. They said I needed to pay the remainder and also since I would have paid to cancel it I wouldn't be able to use the place. They're more than greedy. So I just had my membership canceled when the anniversary date comes up. The guy was jacka$$ and he didn't like that i told him I've been suggesting to so many people to join the PAC. Update : After seeing this their district manager calls and wanted to tell me what they can do for you if you're injured. ...they so kind to "pause" your membership so it drags out longer. Again I highly recommend the PAC with better customer service and so many more amenities.
