I needed professional clothing, shoes, and luggage for work, so I made the drive out here--and I found everything I needed in one trip. Many of the stores also offer additional discounts if you sign up for their rewards programs, which can make the savings even better. However, I do like the variety of stores and in my case the only osh kosh and carter kids clothing stores in the area. There are multiple parking lots so finding a space has never been an issue. I came during thanksgiving/christmas and the decorations are very nice. They have signage for a variety of holiday events happening (pics of your dog and Santa etc). There is a food court, shake shack, and Starbucks. My kids love the small play structure. It is very small and probably only entertaining for kids 4 and younger. I appreciate the clean bathrooms inside the food court- especially the family restrooms which has a small toilet for kids.

The one at the southeast corner has a Target, PetSmart and some other stores. I was on the southwest corner today. This phase of the shopping center is anchored by a Harris Teeter, YMCA, Wells Fargo bank and a number of restaurants plus an animal hospital. There is a lot of real estate here making for an open plan parking area that is very well maintained and the landscaping is properly trimmed. Lots of parking. Easy access to Waxhaw-Indian Trail Road if you want to go south and Weddington Road from the west. There is a traffic light at the intersection for u-turns. As developers are more geared towards the "outside mall" theme for convenience, these modern day amalgamations of mall and strip mall have seemed to be the flavor of the day. Moreover, the ease of getting in and out of the area is easy considering the two main streets it resides on within a stones throw from the highway. Obviously the anchor store or interest point is Stone Theatres Sun Valley Cinema. This facility is clean and most of the auditoriums have very up to date audio and video equipment. The movie theatre is immediately flanked by restaurants on the right and left, catering to those families that may want to grab a bite to eat after the flix. As for the kids, there's a frozen yogurt shop and moving further out, a "lego" type of store and a pet groomer. There are more restaurants of a few different cuisines as well as a tabacco shop, hotworx, bridal ware, nails, you name it. Further out, a CVS is there, more nails and restaurants including live music at a few places, fast food, spa, salon and so on. SunValley has a lot of what most families need in a very small area. So if you're with the kids or a couple looking for some fun on a Friday night, chances are this area has you covered. Drop by and stay for a while!

Two coffee shops, beauty shop, pharmacy and two separate auto repair outlets are here. Urgent care, wedding wear and even a funeral home. Yep, everything. Easy access from both sides with a very large parking lot that is designed to keep folks from going way too fast. And there's still room for more development. One day on Facebook, an ad popped up for this place and I realized what I thought it was and what it actually was is completely different. This place is a treasure chest. One that you will need ample time and patience for. This business of full of rows of bins of returns from amazon. Depending on the day, determines how much your treasure finds are. No matter what you find this is what You pay for one item: Monday $4 Tuesday $3 Wednesday $2 Thursday $2 Friday $6 Saturday $5 Bring plastic gloves. You'll be digging through bins and items. You'll thank me for this. Some of the items are in boxes and you can't tell what the item looks like. Don't open at the bin. You can bring any item to an opening station, and they will open for you. They restock and replenish on Friday & Saturday - hence the higher price tag. Our best find has been two hydro flask for $3 each. But we've purchased portable chargers, skin care items, collagen peptides, coffee, face masks, blankets, comforters and so much more. All from their bins. They do have a shoe area and other items not located in the bins. Those items are Priced as Marked. If you have some spare time and enjoy a good find, then this place is for you.
