Said "not a crappy Home Depot job". Spent 24000.00 dollars for carpet and LVT. Had ceramic tile down and they said it did not need to be torn out or hat they lay over it all the time. Charged us 900$ to put floor level down. First installer said we did not need it so he installed. Also refused to pay bathroom floor unless we put down a sub floor (not told at time of purchase or measure) Forgot to lay LVT in front of slider and put carpet there. Within days LVT was breaking at seems. Came back tore all the floor up did some level patchwork and reinstalled. Started breaking at seems again. Third time came back out and tore entire floor up again and put a mortar all over floor (not a leveling mix) and reinstalled over it before it was completely dry. Of course it started breaking again. Owner Kevin was real rude refused to fix it again and wanted 3000.00 to tear out ceramic tile and install over a subfloor. Was supposed to come back and fix again but never showed up I told him they needed to stand behind the product and Now 2 years later he still refuses says they only warranty their work for 1 year and the floor continues to break up. Oh yeah I ended up having to lay the bathroom floor myself, never got in front of slider done, they put the wrong transition strips down. Well I believe Home Depot would have done a better job. Kevin and Karen's carpet are crooks. They never call me back or show up. The kitchen floor alone was 7000.00 + dollars. Not sure if exact amount because they refused to give me a break down. They also charged me to install 3 toilets and only installed 1. He sent me a couple hundred dollar refund for work not done. Do not shop there and if you do, have a lawyer on standby.

Definitely not experts in their field. I ordered, blinds, shades, shutters for my entire home…read more The shutters I wanted were double hung. bottoms can close independently from the top and the top can be left open for air flow with the bottom closed for privacy. The woman who came out to take my order did not understand my request and I got window shutters that were all one piece with just the louvers able to move (there was no separation in the shutters). When I called and spoke to the owner, she understood what I wanted/requested and said since most people don't order that type of shutter her salesperson was unfamiliar with them. In order to resolve the issue, she ordered what I did want, and I had to pay the difference as they were more expensive. No concession was ever made by the owner in terms of customer service or my additional wait. In addition to the shutters being wrong, the shade I ordered for my kitchen window was the wrong size as the salesperson mis-measured. The initial order I made took over 3 months to come in and then I had to wait several more months. No concession was ever made for this either. So finally, the new shutters came in and were hung. They were exactly what I requested except they were cheap quality and there is over a 1 inch vertical gap right down the middle of the shutters. I asked the installer why there was such a large gap, and he blamed it on my window frame and made it obvious he was annoyed with my complaint. I called the owner and sent a picture and told her I was very unhappy. She basically said unless I could send her a picture of what I wanted and had in a previous home she could not help me. She also claimed to have called her manufacturers, and they all said they were unfamiliar with what I wanted. So, the end of the story, no concessions were ever made to me, no money ever refunded and I hate the shutters. I will now need to spend more money to replace the awful shutters that I have on two very large windows. They look absolutely awful.

I schedule an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time, they seemed friendly and estimate was fair. They gave me an estimated arrival time the day of, then never came. While I was frustrated, they seemed apologetic and I thought they'd be quick to remedy the issue the next day. Again they gave me an estimated arrival time, and again they didn't show up. Finally they said they can't guarantee any day or time because they're so busy doing jobs for builders. So if you're a home owner, just know that they will drop you with no notice. If you have an unlimited timeline for the work to be done then it may work out fine for you. But if you need to rework your schedule to meet a plumber be prepared lose money from work and still not get your plumbing work done.
