Communication was really easy; he understood I was trying to surprise my daughter and so we mostly communicated over text. The pricing was very reasonable for the full services provided. I was emailed an invoice which felt very professional. He was clear about what I would be getting for the amount I paid and I appreciated that, especially as someone doing this for the first time. I ordered balloons to fill our front yard for a drive through birthday celebration for my daughters 5th birthday. We were trying to respect social distancing guidelines but I still wanted it to feel special and festive and the balloons absolutely did that! Everyone who came by commented on how beautiful the balloons were and I couldn't have agreed more! He did gorgeous organic garlands along our railings. And even made snowflakes to match the frozen theme! One of the really special added bonuses was that he took the time to set up early, and make sure the balloons wouldn't pop in the sun. Now the weather is absolutely not something within anyone's control, but the fact that he was willing to work so hard to ensure the finished product lasted on a hot and very windy day was very much appreciated! I was so surprised that on the day of, he even took the time to set up small ballon bouquets on the street corners leading up to our house so that guests would know they were heading in the right direction. This was such a wonderful touch! At the end of the day; he even came back and cleaned everything up! Which after a long hot day was so very much appreciated that I didn't have to go out and pop and clean up the hundreds of balloons. The convenience factor was a big plus--the store is easy to get in and out of, and when I stopped by around 3:45 PM, it wasn't too busy. I was amazed by the selection! Wall after wall of mylar balloons, plus middle aisles packed with latex options in every color imaginable--from metallic to neon and everything in between. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and although I couldn't find the exact sports balloons I wanted, it wasn't hard to pick a solid second choice. Now, for the not-so-fun part: latex balloons must be purchased in bulk, and helium prices are a bit steep--$2.75 per latex balloon and $4.00 for mylar (not including the balloons themselves). I figured, why not splurge a little for my work bestie's celebration? But imagine my surprise when I woke up the next morning to find all my latex balloons deflated. Turns out, helium in latex balloons only lasts 6-8 hours--something I wish the sales rep had mentioned. So, let me spare you the disappointment: if you need balloons to last until the next day, go with mylar! Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I plan to return--but only for mylar balloons, which I'll fill with helium somewhere a little more budget-friendly.
