I love that even the administration in the office knows my son and his quirks. They are great about consistency with naps and learning times. I know he has music Monday and Thursday and when he will be on the playground. They start with basic sign language so my toddler is more confident about asking for what he wants. We went against our better judgement and used KinderCare for a week as we needed occasional care…read morefor our daughter before school. She came home on the first day upset because she had been bullied by other kids under the care of this teacher. She had been tripped, touched, pushed, laughed at and called names. She sought aid from the teacher in charge who excused the behaviour of the other children and neglected to stop this from happening. Upon hearing about this the first day, I immediately went to meet with the director who had assured me this wouldn't happen before we even enrolled our child. I was furious as I had expressed this very concern to her which she denied would ever happen. She admitted that this particular teacher had troubles addressing these types of situations and strongly requested we give them another chance to redeem themselves as she would make sure things would not happen again. Hesitantly, I decided to give it one more shot as she seemed to be remorseful. The exact same thing happened again...only this time my daughter came home anxious that I would say something to the teacher for fear she would "ignore her again". Not only had the teacher not changed, but she gave my daughter the COLD SHOULDER all day. UNACCEPTABLE! They had the nerve to send us a bill as they had "provided a service"...but we contacted corporate as there was no way we were going to pay a single penny out of our pockets for their "service". This is a poor quality establishment and I will NEVER recommend for anyone to take their child to this place. Our daughter now attends Creative World off of 40Hwy and is a huge hit with the kids and teachers there! She has always been great with other kids, especially ones younger than her and they are all so excited to see her each day. I will never again question my gut when it comes to my child. Please do not trust your precious child to KinderCare.

She was potty trained before we moved and then regressed when we did move and Ms. Courtney has gotten her back on track. She rarely has accidents during the day and is excited to go to daycare every day when at other daycares she would cry and scream when I left. She's learning so much and has started talking more and more. She loves Ms. Courtney! All of the kids do! They crowd around her when she's trying to leave and ask for hugs! She is so nice and understanding and always has something to tell me about Charlee's day. The classroom is extremely clean which is something I turned down a lot of day cares for. The whole building is clean and the play grounds. They have a fruit bowl in the afternoon if the kids want to take a snack home and coffee for the parents in the morning. The director and asst. director are great! They always answer the phone and even if I call four times a day (which has happened) they are extremely helpful and nice! My daughter will be staying at this KinderCare until she starts school and will come for after school care too. I have absolutely no complaints!! If you want your child in a clean facility where they will be cared for and taught and loved then KinderCare on Woods Chapel is where you should go! When we pick our kid(s) up, they are always happy and clean. (I've been to other daycare facilities where the kids' noses are never even wiped or your shoes stick to the floor.) The classrooms are spacious and very clean. To top it all off, they are super friendly for foster families. Many daycares are difficult to work with or won't even accept foster children. This facility and their entire staff welcome us with open arms. Wish I could give them 6 stars!
