History
Established in 2011.
Stop Running. Start Healing.
We can’t escape our emotions—they’re part of being human. But we can learn to accept and work through them in a healthy way. Avoiding uncomfortable feelings often leads to bigger problems like anxiety, depression, or addiction.
Therapy offers a different path: leaning into discomfort instead of running from it. By feeling your emotions fully, you begin to see they’re temporary. The fear fades, the weight lifts, and healing begins.
If you’re ready to stop resisting and start living with more peace, clarity, and confidence, I’m here to walk that path with you.
Meet the Business Owner: Monique A.
I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY21745) with 18 years of experience helping adults and couples navigate life’s challenges. It’s an honor to witness the growth, healing, and transformation that can happen in therapy, and I’m deeply grateful to the clients who have trusted me with their stories.
My own search for meaning and purpose has taught me the healing power of compassion, tolerance, mindfulness, and genuine human connection. These values guide my work every day, allowing me to help others find clarity, resilience, and balance in their own lives.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife and mother of four, doing my best to juggle life’s demands while keeping a sense of humor and sanity intact. My true specialty is helping others do the same—finding ways to meet life’s challenges with grace, perspective, and a little bit of laughter.
