I hired this company to perform a deep clean on the house I was moving into--an empty home that should have been one of the easiest cleaning jobs possible. Unfortunately, they completely failed to deliver. There were crumbs left inside the kitchen cabinets, dust remained on virtually every surface throughout the house, and overall it appeared as though many areas had not been cleaned at all. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from the owner, Debra. When I contacted her and requested that a crew be sent back promptly to correct the issues, she was unaccommodating and rude. When that request was not fulfilled, she also refused to provide any refund for the poor-quality work. As someone who works in the service industry, I find this level of service unacceptable. I expect businesses to stand behind their work and make things right when they fall short. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them to others.

I've seen other cleaning companies go to my work place & they take about 6 people, finish in about an hour, charge an arm and a leg & I can still find dirty spots, stains, dust bunnies etc. and all that for a bad job. Hilda & Leti usually come together & do an impeccable job. They're super nice, organized, responsible & EXTREMELY clean, if there's something they can't clean they will try their best or ask first. Kitchen, bathroom, and floors only in rest of areas. Nothing else, nothing more. When complete, job done was good, but residue was left on floors, bathroom floor, kitchen counters, etc. of cleaning products. Entire place smelled like comet etc. I didn't complain but wasn't used to this result. Overall not bad. I then asked how much would the charge be to come back and clean interior windows and windowsill. Price I got? $350?! I asked why so much. "To finish your deep cleaning and do windows" So A) they never finished the deep cleaning, and B) now windows cost this much? I asked why this was, and the response was to clean bedroom floor and windows, wipe down doors, and clean interior of windows only would be this much. "If you don't like it, have a great day". Unbelievable. Keep in mind there's a pandemic going on. They asked me for water when they were here. No problem, I gave it. They used my cleaners, whole pack of clorox wipes (which are hard to find), several rolls of paper towels, threw away my vacuum cord ( which I had to fish out of a large garbage bag) ,and then left all trash in bags on my back porch (not even threw in garbage dumpster). I get it. They clean large homes in the suburbs, and these people probably pay hundreds of dollars for a quick dust up. But this is a competitive market, and there's a way to treat new customers. I have several businesses, and travel weekly. I am a bachelor and sure I am not the neatest in my place. But geez..this rubbed me the wrong way. Just letting you all know!

I told them the place was just painted so no dusting required and carpet was cleaned professionally and that didn't need vacuuming either. The job was supposed to take 3-4 hours but it needed an additional hour to hour and half for her to finish everything. I will say the cleaner was a nice lady and didn't speak English well but funny how they understood some things and not the others! After almost 5 1/2 hours the place was still not cleaned thoroughly as you would do a move out! I let the customer service know and they sent a very capable lady to finish the mopping and cleaning of the inside of the cabinets that the first cleaning lady was supposed to do! The last lady did a good job and left very fast. So, I decided to give Kleanguru another chance to come and clean my house and specifically asked for the lady that came last as she spoke English and was fast and through. I was told she's not available and they sent another lady that didn't speak English either and kept using her phone to translate which was absolutely fine. Again this job was supposed to be 4 hours as there are 2 1/2 bathroom and a kitchen and I wanted the lady to dust everywhere and mop as I have allergies and it's a must. My house is always tidy and clean (just need the deep clean every few months)! Even when we were touring the place she said "it's so clean"! I told her I expected her to clean the first floor for a few hours. And then maybe one to one and half hours upstairs and the basement just needed vacuuming. I assumed she understood as I translated it for her. She started in the kitchen and was talking on her phone a good while. She was there for almost an hour and it's a small kitchen so I excepted to be perfect. However, she didn't even clean under the toaster and other few small appliances as there was crumb there. She didn't even clean the sink well as I had to re-do it myself. She spend another hour or so and then went upstairs and there's a small full bath that she really didn't do anything to except push dirt around as they would say. She didn't even vacuum well. She came to me and said she has only 10 minutes left of the 4 hours and what I wanted to do and I told her to go to the basement and just vacuum that's all. She was there a few minutes and didn't even vacuum the area as you walk in since there was a cobweb I had left to see if she will clean it up. She didn't! She was on her phone constantly. She left and I paid the company directly and when asked I told them she didn't really clean well. I was told that 4 hours was not enough time and they needed another half to one hour more. I sent pictures of the items I mentioned above that wasn't cleaned and they didn't respond. Basically hopefully it'll be better next time with more hours added! Unfortunately, when you deal with such companies and they make money off of their crew, they always find a way to add more hours so they make more money. None of the cleaning people did a good job except the one.

Then we were contacted and asked to move the cleaning, which was not possible since we were having the photos the next day. This too got figured out and they came as scheduled on Monday. Cleaner arrived on time and was very nice. Majority of the deep clean went very very well. I noticed after she left multiple areas on the checklist we were provided on the invoice were untouched. The washer and dryer were not touched. There were areas that were still very dusty, or that were half cleaned. For instance, in my daughter's bedroom the night stand has a recessed area, and only the front half was dusted. If you look in, the back half was untouched. The windowsill in the master bedroom was untouched, the curtains were not opened. The floors in the kitchen and dining room looked like they were not sufficiently scrubbed, as I was able to get what looked like "stuck on dirt" off VERY easily. The TV cabinet had a large mark on the front of it, which I easily wiped off after the cleaner left. The baseboards were also untouched in the kitchen. Honestly, the house looks great, maid green did an excellent job with the bathrooms and making the house sparkle. But the attention to detail just seemed a bit off. I should not have been able to wipe so much dust off of my daughter's dresser. There should not have been a pile of dust left on a desk. I recommend this service but please take your time looking over your home before letting the cleaner go. I was able to finish up all the areas that were missed, but if you won't have time to do a second run, you'll want to make sure that your cleaner has gotten to every area.

However, since I was home sick, my husband checked their work once completed. He wasn't satisfied with a few things and thought they weren't as thorough as you could have been. The kitchen floor was still dirty in front of the kitchen door and all he did was take a wet paper towel and clean it up. They did mention the kitchen floor being a laminate was difficult it is to clean, but on the other hand, clean water without a chemical and a paper towel did the job. Same thing with the kitchen counter - there was sticky residue from an adhesive countertop paper the tenant had used and my husband had to clean it off the edges. Crystal Klear did get the top stickiness off but didn't it go around to the edge to remove it. My husband cleaned that as well. Also splattered paint that was on the baseboards and also the toilet from the painter weren't addressed, and my husband just picked off the drips with his fingernail to clean it away. One more thing, there was a label on the tank part of a toilet that wasn't removed and just left there. Although specifically not mentioned in my directives, I would think that they would take that off when they cleaned. When I received an email asking how they did, I replied with everything above and I never received a response in return. Very disappointing that the communication was excellent before the job, but when I pointed out things after they were done, dead silence. I don't think I would use them again. Although our investment properties in Oswego are on the older side, I still expect attention to detail with a cleaning service to get the place ready for a new tenant.

The work being requested was cleaning a portion of the vacant house with about 1000 sq ft hardwood floor, 300 sq ft tile floor, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms (just floors) and 1 bar. The flat rate was $145 for 4 hours. However, they finished the work 30 minutes early leaving dust on the kitchen counter and bar. When I told her there's dust in the corner of the countertop that meets the vertical part, she first said they don't clean the back splash and they cleaned the countertop twice but there was just too much dust. First of all, isn't back splash a part of kitchen, which was included in the original quote? Second, as a customer, I don't really care how you clean a certain place, but I do want all the dust is removed. There's no dust on the floor, but their kitchen and bar work is not satisfying at all.
