There is a negative review on here, but I have a hard time believing what they say because these ladies were accommodating, talented, and it was pleasure simply being in there. It is a nice shop with good lighting, and of course neat and tidy. They also offer a lot of other services, which is nice given that Red Lodge is such a small town. Lindsey is who cut and highlighted my hair and she was lovely to talk to, and very professional. I am grateful that we have such a nice hair salon here in Red Lodge!

She took a few minutes to set up her station & we were good to go. Talk about great hands!! My feet were in bad shape, but looked & felt totally awesome by the time she was done. Conversation flowed, as we got to know each other & the environment was very relaxing. That's what PAMPER sessions are for. Made an appointment for next month before leaving. Apparently it was written down incorrectly. Actually, I realized that when you make an appt on the phone and you come to your appt they make you feel like," who are you and why are you here?" Like they don't expect you're coming! And third because of the woman Tina wrote it down wrong, she insisted I leave and come the next day! I told her I couldn't and she began yelling that I should come next day She actually raised her voice to say they had no time for me and to come next day. She seemed very upset and the thing is there was only one young girl in there at the time. After this I went to grocery store where two women approached me and said they heard the commotion and wanted details. And fourth I had no idea the man was also a doctor. He noticed a light brown line on my nail and told me I had cancer! He said he saw it on internet and that I should have it checked out. I was so embarrassed as there was a woman with her daughter there whose daughter was studying in nursing What a terrible experience! I have worked in medical field most of my life and some years in management retail and I have never spoken to a customer or a patient in this manner! They are quite rude and unorganized as far as scheduling. SMS one last thing that bothered me when I used to go to Tina she charged me one fee and her husband charged different for same work
