THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU to the nail team at Elite Nails and Spa across from Walmart in Cody…read morefor pampering me above and beyond this afternoon in preparation for my important business trip to Vegas. Professional looking nails are a must this week! @TiffanyVu, Lynn, Tony, and Tyler all worked on my gel manicure and pedicure, simaltaneously. I was the last customer of the day, and I literally had four people working on me - two people on hands, two people on feet while I sat in the massage chair. I left there feeling like royalty. Honestly, I've never been treated like that at a nail salon before. Elite Nails and Spa, you have my business for life! Top-notch customer service, above and beyond. You made this very busy tech chick feel amazing after a crazy few months of work. THANK YOU. #queenforaday #tiffanyisawesome #gelmanicure #gelpedicure #bossbabehands

First nails filed to hard at the cuticle area where it took a bit to go back to normal…read moreSecond, I showed up for appt and was told that I could not be seen. Apparently it was written down incorrectly. Actually, I realized that when you make an appt on the phone and you come to your appt they make you feel like," who are you and why are you here?" Like they don't expect you're coming! And third because of the woman Tina wrote it down wrong, she insisted I leave and come the next day! I told her I couldn't and she began yelling that I should come next day She actually raised her voice to say they had no time for me and to come next day. She seemed very upset and the thing is there was only one young girl in there at the time. After this I went to grocery store where two women approached me and said they heard the commotion and wanted details. And fourth I had no idea the man was also a doctor. He noticed a light brown line on my nail and told me I had cancer! He said he saw it on internet and that I should have it checked out. I was so embarrassed as there was a woman with her daughter there whose daughter was studying in nursing What a terrible experience! I have worked in medical field most of my life and some years in management retail and I have never spoken to a customer or a patient in this manner! They are quite rude and unorganized as far as scheduling. SMS one last thing that bothered me when I used to go to Tina she charged me one fee and her husband charged different for same work

Well I loved Megan, she's a sweetheart, unfortunately my results were extremely disappointing…read more I've been going to med spas regularly for over 30 years for facial treatments, various lasers, botox, various fillers (Radiesse, Juvederm), etc. I also worked for Allergan, so have a lot of experience in the industry. I lived in California and associated with many premier plastic surgeons, spa owners, laser and product experts. I was leery of being treated by a practice in Cody, but took my chances. I needed touch up on my filler and was recommended to get Radiesse, which I agreed with. What I was unsure about was to get it diluted. This made no sense to me, but thought maybe it was the latest method. Was told it would help with Collagen production that would last longer. I spent a fortune as Radiesse is expense and basically after a week it wore off. Normally it should last at least 6-9 months. Basically as soon as the swelling wore off so did the results. Figuring I needed something stronger, I went back a few weeks later and had threads put in, as these have been a great help in the past. Sadly, these too didn't hold and results wore off quickly after the swelling went down. Needless to say, I'll wait until I can fly back to California to see my friend who's a DNP and owns her own spa. Normally I don't like to complain or hurt someone's business unless I feel it's really warranted and want to warn others. In this case, it is only I've heard similar stories from others with similar bad outcomes/ineffective/ disappointing results that I felt others should be aware so they can make an informed decision. I can only wonder how the 5 stars were achieved unless it is only all friends and family of the spa providing reviews. No more trusting any of the clinics or practitioners in Cody ever again.
