Very bad service, when I do my feet they usually have a plastic bag so does not touch the little bath tub, around the chair looks dirty. Water was cold, when I sat for a minute and I asked how much was going to be for simple toe nails and nail refill, they said $90.00. I immediately said not thank you , then the lady tried to charge me $10 for just getting my feet wet and $10 for a massage chair I did not turn on, they did it. I absolutely refused to pay, lady was mad, I started to record with my phone then the man said "ok it is nothing,". I am very disappointed. Before my appointment started, and yes I had an appointment that I made a week in advance, a walk in came in and she did hers before they even started me! When I sat down in the chair the man doing my nails told me the design I chose, was ugly and proceeded to tell me how to fix them, I said no thanks I like this as he proceeded to do how HE thought they'd look best. I don't like them what so ever. I asked for shorter nails and told me they couldn't be shorter, even tho, yes I have had shorter nails from this salon before! My nail beds were not prepped what so ever, so who knows how long they will stay on for, meanwhile my cuticles and surrounding fingers look trashy! During the whole appointment I had turned on google translate, and they trash talked me and others in the salon, in Vietnamese!! Then at the end they charged me $90!!!! And usually I pay $65... Nothing "Elite" about this nail salon. It was $45 for a basic pedicure - that seems extremely steep in my opinion, especially for Cody. For that price I would expect the pedicurist to pay special attention and do great work - that was not the case at all. He was wizzing thru and putting minimal effort - leaving quite a few rough spots or loose skin. It was a busy day at the salon, so I understand them needing to be timely...but this was so subpar. When I went up to pay and saw it was $45, I was so shocked (it was my fault for not checking the price in the first place). I left stunned, but actually walked back in a moment later asking them to please touch up the rough spots and clip the loose skin. I normally wouldn't bother but for that price I expected such better quality and was upset it wasn't. The main lady working told me someone could help me once everyone else (5/6 customers at the time) was done. And that it would be 2 hours. I couldn't believe no one could quickly touch up my pedicure. I walked out feeling so stunned and disrespected!! read more

I called ahead to make sure I could get in since my drive was a little over an hour. I got there and they got me in a chair right away. they were busy with prom; when she was able to get to me she was (I forget her name) very kind and friendly. I had my 2 -year-old so. With me and she let him put his feet in with mine and pretended to do his toes when he would hold up his foot. she was quick and very thorough. Been there before last year .. not so good. went back this year thinking they improved. She wanted to replace 5 nails. figured it would be cheaper to just go ahead and get a fresh set....Not one question on how I wanted them done even though I told her what I wanted when I sat down. cut very short.. I like them long. Very Thick application... Basically they look like CRAP . I could have done better with a kit from Walmart. I will never go there again and I hope everyone reads this. They do not deserve the business. VERY high priced... $60. read more

My pedicure was done by a young girl I hadn't seen in this place before. I usually love going here, but she gave the WORST pedicure I've ever had! She charged me for "extra callous" but then proceeded to do MUCH LESS than I do myself on my heels! Her "foot and calf massage" which they say is included was an absolute JOKE! Basically she just put lotion on my calves and rubbed it in like you would when simply putting lotion on your legs...and FORGET any kind of foot massage. The lady right next to me got a MUCH BETTER treatment. Think I'll go someplace else next time since I don't want to get pushed into having HER as my techincian next time since you don't get to "pick your pedicurist" here. read more

My husband and I were camping in the Cody area and chose Elite Nails for a mani pedi for the both of us. First, they cut my husband's toenails unevenly and didn't even file them. Second, they didn't trim dead skin away from nails or toenails and third, my manicurist did a poor job painting my nails and toenails. Last, the place was pretty dirty. While they seemed to be very nice people, we cannot recommend this business to anyone. read more

This place has gone downhill! Went to get nails put on and a new girl I had not seen before drilled into my skin and left my cuticles and fingers bleeding. I asked her if she could do a coffin shape and she said yes but then ignored my request and did a straight across shape that was very uneven and varying lengths! The nails also ended up WAY too thick! She also did a color change on my daughter's nails and charged me $25 but did not paint the tips so her old color was showing on all of her nails! I felt I was given a mediocre pedicure for a high price. Also didn't think it was very clean.

Took off my no chip by scraping her nail against mine. There is a tool for that! I was passed off to a man and he cut me 3 times. Ones with the cuticle cutter, once by scraping off a layer of skin with a nail file and then a mystery cut on my big toe during pedi. After my no chip, he filed the edges of my nails.. from experience, no chip only lasts if the edges are sealed with paint. read more

When I walked in, the salon smelled like stinky feet. Took me a few minutes to get used to the smell. Then, everything seemed fine while an older woman was completing my pedicure. She gave a very long calf massage with the lotion which was nice. Then came the young guy who was going to do my manicure at the same time. I guess they wanted to hurry along since it was about 1/2 hour before closing. He started on my hands while I was in the pedicure chair. He was rushing and not thorough at all. I already knew it was not going to go well. When finished with the pedicure, it is normal to have the flip flops put on before the polish but that was not done. So! When he was done slopping on the finger nail polish, he wanted me to go to the drying station. He literally threw my shoes in the direction of the chair (along with a bag I had). They landed in the middle of the floor and I was made to walk barefoot on the unsanitary carpet. It was very rude and not professional. He left my things there only to have someone move them out of the way later while I was drying. My fingernails looked horrible. I could have done a better job at home. Then on top of everything, for both, it was $50. Really NOT worth it at all. The experience was bad enough that this was while I was on vacation and here I am after the fact taking the time to write this review. If I lived there, I would NEVER go back. read more

They took the time needed to attend to my needs, and that makes me feel appreciated! On the road traveling and need a great place to get a fill ~ they're right across the street from Wal-Mart! I read a negative review, and I think they must've been at a different salon. It's always clean, relaxing, and a good experience. It is my favorite place to catch some down time. Im from Cody and have come to this Salon every few months when Im home, for the last several years. I am a very good tipper. Its very nice and clean and the owner runs it efficiently. BUT there is a young man and a young woman that work in there that I didnt see at first....they both need to improve their customer service skills. They dont treat customers as good as they shld and I dont think they do as good a job as the others there. It appears that they dont really like their jobs or serving the public. I will give it a few more tries and if it doesnt improve, i will go elsewhere. read more

First time visiting and not coming back. Place was very busy, good sign right? Not really, I feel they were so busy they just wanted to finish with me as fast as they could. My polish was taken off improperly ( technician used his nail), then my nails were cut too short ( he almost cut into flesh). One hand was buffed and the other not, after pointing this out I was told I was wrong and "shown" evidence with the buffer pad. I don't see how it is ok to argue with a customer, constantly throughout the process. My polish was done poorly and in a rush. At 515, another woman walked in, took a seat and was started at 520, as I sat there with my feet in the water. The service level was great- my husband and I decided to treat ourselves on vacation to a couple of mani-pedis. The place was really nice considering how rustic the rest of the town is. The technicians were clearly experienced, and everything was very sanitary. My only disappointment was that I couldn't see a price list anywhere. Everything else in Wyoming so far was either similar to at home or cheaper, so I didn't worry about it. When I went to ring up, they charged $50 for each of us. At home I am used to paying $35-$40 at the most, so I kinda felt like I was being taken advantage of since they knew we were from out of town and weren't likely to be repeat customers. The woman ringing us actually had a conversation with someone else before coming up with a price. Since we will be returning to Cody, I'll probably seek out another nail salon that may have more standard pricing. So they are either overpriced or dishonest. I hope just overpriced... read more
