I've been in many times, and it's so much fun to look around the store! Although I've looked around…read morea lot, the only thing I've purchased is a table and chair dining room set. The prices here are pretty high, which has prevented me from making more purchases over the years. But I do like to come and look around for ideas, and especially scout for deals. There's always a surplus of employees, to be honest there are way too many, which makes the shopping experience a little less enjoyable with a new sales person asking if you're finding everything all right every corner you turn. I plan to come back often whenever I have a large furniture purchase to make. Never realized overtime that you can almost always find a better deal in store than online for the same exact product!

Friendly-Knowledgeable- and listened to what we desired in a washer and dryer. Very impressive! She took our "idea" and her knowledge and assisted us in finding what we were looking for. Ernies Store installed a Rigid Core flooring by Paramount throughout our house and had to come back to replace part of it in the kitchen area. It went bad again and said they would have to put in a heavier flooring, but now changed to only giving us a the new glue down flooring but we would have to pay the $2600 labor to do that. This is not acceptable because the original whole house material and labor was $6832.34. The floor is against the North wall of our kitchen, they are trying to claim the sunlight is coming in and heating the floor and causing the problem. There is NO sunlight coming thru that window as it is on North side of house and even has curtains. The manufacturer has been involved and to no avail. The problem is unsightly and seriously dangerous as it is coming apart at the seams. Ernies and manufacturer are very disappointing to say the least. I can`t do business with them and would not encourage anyone else either.
