StateFarm was always regarded highly in my family as top notch but Linda doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return calls. Of the 3 claims I had, one was no response and the other two the deductible was much higher than the cost of repair. Which is crazy windshield deductable is 1000 dollars?!? Wth?!? I pay more with State Farm for all 3 of my rigs and house insurance because I thought they were better. but I'm telling you now... don't use State Farm. They are absolute garbage and I will be shopping around for a new insurance company as soon as possible. So very disappointed!!!
