He came storming…read moreout of his office and told me several times that I was not at a Macdonalds and could not demand to talk to him. He also said several times that he has 6,000 policies and is much too busy and important for anybody to think they can just stop in and see him for any reason. He handed me a business card and said I could make an appointment if I wanted to meet with him. I gave him back the cad and said I would not be needing it. He was rude and aggressive and to many people would have been intimidating. I am too old and too experienced to be bothered by him. I will not darken his door again.

When I called "my" broker is always out of the office and took forever returning phone calls if they did at all. Moreover, even after calling to get things sorted out with my insurance I still got a letter from the insurance company threatening to cancel my insurance. Only after I switched companies and called to cancel did they attempt to work to reinstate my insurance. Sorry you already lost my business and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid you like the plague. If I could score less than 1 star I would.

Access Insurance in Red Deer provided me a quote in August, 2019, but when I received the actual…read moreinsurance policy in March, 2020, the amount payable was almost double the quote! I stated that I did not wish to have this policy if this was the price, I would not agree to pay this amount. They have now sent me to collections to get me to pay for a policy that never existed. Do not recommend them at all.
