The menu is huge, but I already knew what I wanted: Spicy & Salty Shrimp. Instead of rice or noodles, I paid a little extra for steamed broccoli, plus I added two egg rolls and a bowl of their Hot & Sour Soup. Let me tell you... the shrimp were huge and packed with flavor . I'd absolutely order them again -- and next time I'll be asking for extra grilled onions and jalapeños because they were chef's kiss . The seasoning was just right, bold but not overwhelming, and the broccoli was steamed perfectly, exactly how I requested . The egg rolls and soup were also fresh, hot, and delicious . Honestly, there wasn't a single thing about my visit that I didn't like. So when that craving hits for excellent Chinese food, make sure Taste of China is at the top of your list .
