I have been less than impressed with the very cold & unfriendly pharm staff @ B.. Pharm. I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and to be prescribed chemotherapy drugs & for the pharmacist not to offer counsel on that medication was simply unbelievable. I had enough & I gave Old Town a try. I was taken back by the friendliness and the genuine appreciation for my business. I only spent $25 and to be so kind, knowledgeable and make me feel like I wasn't some outsider- well that was priceless!!

If it weren't for them I'd be going through the same sort of thing as I was before and I'd never have known. I think a lot of Walgreens don't have as many staff any longer and it's not Walgreens fault. I like to think maybe they get frustrated not having the staff they need and lots of customers usually(not myself, not usually) irate to begin with and all.
