Making the reservation was easy, Mike got right back to me via phone and email and was very pleasant to deal with. We booked the party, I got an email receipt and confirmation and we waited for party day. I got a confirmation call the evening before, and was told that Ryan would be our party crew for the afternoon. He kept in close contact via phone on his drive over and when he arrived was set up quickly and ready to go. He consulted with me about what games to make available to the kids (we opted for no "Mature" games) and was available to them the entire time to explain games, change them, etc... The game selection was really great and there was something for everyone. Two hours was the perfect amount of time for our party, and one of the greatest things about this party was that I got to actually enjoy myself as well because the kids were so entertained that I had nothing to worry about. I reserved a bouncer on Thursday October 23rd for Saturday November 1st. I was required to submit a deposit of $30 to reserve it. On Monday the 27th I canceled it however the business owner has refused to issue me a refund. He told me my deposit is non refundable even though it is not specified anywhere that the deposit is "non-refundable". He is very unprofessional and rude. He offered to give me credit of $30 but I do not want to give him my business. It is not unreasonable to cancel the reservation for the bouncer 5 days in advance. He doesn't believe in customer satisfaction so I advise all to not give him your business. He couldn't accommodate an earlier delivery for me so this is the reason I had to cancel. I have attached a screenshot of part of the convo. He came off rude right away. I reserved a bouncer with Trejo Party Rentals and was very satisfied with their customer service!! It was outstanding. So I recommend you give them your business instead of Santiago's party supplies!!
