She did not answer the phone. I called again 5-10min later, she picked up the phone and I asked to confirm all the above, and she spoke in a way like it was normal that she was 15-20min late (duh) and said they were unloading the stuff from the car. ok. They came in and the attitude began right away. Maybe it was because there was miscommunication between the 2 properties I was quoting with her about whether or not the place was fully vacant (I was in the process of moving), but hey, nowhere on their page does it say they don't work on non vacant properties. So I kinda tried to help out, move stuff around for their access, told them not to go into areas where they cannot access understanding the challenges. But the attitude was still there - from both of them, but coming more from her co-worker. Rolled her eyes when she opened the fridge... if the place was clean I would have not called you, would I? There were couple of spots I pointed out to Mia that weren't well cleaned, so she took care of it, and I was hoping that sends a message that i expect a more thorough job. I went to do my workout in the garage and let them finish up. They finished earlier than I expected, nonetheless... I try to be empathetic towards people, even when they give me an attitude at first, understanding that we all have challenges in life. So i tipped them 50%. After they left, I noticed that they had not cleaned the windows properly nor the cabinets and oven in the kitchen as was asked. They did not work to get the place cleaned properly, they work to get their 2 hours minimum done. And on top of all of that, when my former landlord called them to confirm what work they had done, she told him that she was told to do light cleaning and clean the furniture only. Even though they did "clean" the bathroom, the windows, as I had communicated and sent pictures of prior. Her receipt states "deep cleaning", the stains in the cabinetry prove that they were unprofessional, especially as they claim furniture was all that was asked of them.

Michelle handled the scheduling and coordination, and she was fantastic! She was responsive, informative, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Two ladies arrived for our scheduled 8:00 AM appointment at precisely 7:58 AM. Talk about punctuality! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating, especially as I was still clearing a few personal belongings to give them better access to certain areas. What I appreciated most was their efficiency without sacrificing the quality of their work. They provided an estimated completion time and delivered right on schedule, if not slightly earlier. Coming home to a freshly deep-cleaned house was definitely the highlight of my weekend! We regularly maintain our home, but having professionals take care of the deeper cleaning makes such a difference. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

Would be a good job for a regular clean. I found the service was not worth the price. I was quoted a range and charged the very top of the range. Pros: they were quick. The whole service took two ladies two hours. Granted, I did have them skip almost an entire room and only do the floors for that one. The hard water stains on my shower glass is definitely much better. My house didn't reek of pine sol afterwards. Cons: the shelves in my master bathroom were still quite dusty. Baseboards were also still a little dusty. The person who was vacuuming the floors didn't lift up the small floor mats to get underneath. I was not supervising 100% of the time but scrubbed through my indoor cameras to double check. I also did not appreciate that I had to text them to confirm their ETA. When I texted to book a few weeks prior, they said they would arrive between 9-10am and that they would text when on the way however at 9:25 I texted them to ask for an ETA. Not a huge deal but I think the professional thing to do would have been to send a confirmation text the day before or even the morning of, especially since I had booked this service weeks in advance. At the end of the day, everyone was friendly but other companies I've used charge less for much better results. Would probably be good for people who are not as detail oriented as I am. I still paid and tipped because they provided a service and I believe they should be compensated appropriately, but I will not be recommending to friends.
