Also they don't properly train people which essentially sets them up for failure . The wherehouse is a absolute disaster, and very unorganized. They have one employee that has been with them for 5 years (Joe). Pretty much the only "go to" person they got. He is treated like absolute garbage. He does more for the company than everyone including the owners. The suposive "director of operations" Marla constantly yells at people to move faster when they are already moving fast. She doesn't know anything about the production, so when you ask her a question she directs you to their employee of 5 years (Joe). The owner Julie is very snobby and doesn't care if her employees are struggling. She says well if they can't handle it then there is the f'n door. She only favors people who are in the office. They dont document their finished product. They don't have a LOTO procedure in place. The turnover is the worst I've seen. Was only there for a month and they went through at least 15 good employees. OSHA needs to stop this before someone gets seriously injured.
