I just knew to wait. I happened by VMC and pulled in and hoped. I had to wait to recieve actual funds, however I was welcomed by a knowledgeable female sales person who encouraged me to return after I received payoff. Two weeks later, I was met by the GM, Brod Mophet, who had just received the perfect car for me, from a repeat customer. In less time than it takes me to grocery shop, I had inspected, driven and purchased the vehicle, which was in really good condition. Mr. Mophet, realizing my dilemma, made the deal work for me, plus called original owner to check on a concern I had discovered in research. The owner let him know about something he should check. Well, still within the next few minutes, he agreed to take care of concerns and asked if I wouldn't mind giving him time to make things just right FOR WHAT I HAD! There was none of the "No, This is an 'as is sale' for your funds." Or, comments like, "Come see me when you're serious, no way your getting a car like you had for that amount", or completely ignoring me as a well known used car resource had done. He knew I was in a bind, and all that seemed to matter to Brod was getting that gorgeous car ready for me. He could have sent me away, tried to flip me into a car I couldn't afford, or charged more than I had. He did not. As we were leaving, I was so thankful that in an hour and 45 minutes, including everything. I was on my way. Truly this dealership is concerned about their clients having a 'victory', as well as making a sale. Victory Motor Cars where clients are the winners. Highly recommended over competition. The salesman spent the entire time trying to pressure me into buying a car on the spot, down to making a mocking "You wouldn't buy a car from me even if it was free?" comment. Kept stressing that the car would be gone tomorrow and the other typical manipulation tactics. I expected this going in, but it was insanely blatant. He offered us one rate, we declined, he went and got his manager, and the rate magically got lower. Could not provide us with a clear explanation regarding this either. We ended up going through Carvana and got a much better deal that way.

Since day one, when I came in with a car that I genuinely thought might be DONE done, ABR has taken care of me. And Jordan? That's the guy! What has kept me coming back is trust. I've never felt like anyone here was trying to get over on me, sell me something I didn't need, or make a situation sound worse than it was. They've consistently helped get my vehicles back on the road, so now I bring all of my cars here from routine maintenance to those lovely little surprise error codes nobody asked for. Even the shop itself stands out. It's always clean, smells nice, and the complimentary services and little extras they provide are top tier. It definitely doesn't feel like your average maintenance-shop experience. Finding somewhere you trust with your vehicles is a BIG deal, especially when you're dealing with foreign cars, and ABR has earned that trust from me. We were concerned going to a smaller dealership that we would have issues finding financing that didn't cripple us. Not a concern here. If this wasn't enough, Zaki has proven that he has the goods to build a premier dealership as the personal care that he places on cars and customers is apparent from the time you meet. You will likely be taken aback by the way that Zaki balances being personal and professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Unfortunately we had a situation arise causing us to not be able to purchase from Zaki (completely our fault) and he was more than gracious and understanding. While we didn't get to purchase from Zaki( this time), we will be referring all of our friends and family to King Brothers. I only write reviews that I am utterly compelled to, and after spending weeks going through the car shopping fiasco, meeting many wonderful and terrible people, Zaki was the star that outshined them all. I wish Zaki and King Brothers nothing but success as this is just the type of experience we need in the world.
