Nothing, just basically we're closed and leave. Will never do business with anyone who is ok speaking to a potential customer this way.

It's been three years since we hired them and our furniture looks like crap. When we initially…read morehired them, we were told that we would be presented with three different ideas for each room we were redecorating. Instead we spent countless hours combing through photograph after photograph. When pieces came in that were not to scale or the wrong dimensions, they refused to take them back. We just had to move them into spaces that they didn't belong. Now the pillows on our beds are ripping, the feathers are coming out on a daily basis. When the bedding was put on initially, it was taken out of bags and placed on the beds. It wasn't even steamed to get the wrinkles out. What should've been an incredible experience was an incredibly disappointing experience

I was disappointed to read some of the poor reviews for Padron Flooring, as my experience has been…read morecompletely different. I have been working with them for over 15 years and have never had an issue with tile orders, quality, or service. One of the reasons I continue to go back is the incredible selection. Their showroom has a wide variety of beautiful, quality tile, and I appreciate having that level of choice right here in Palm Beach without having to drive to Miami. For me, Padron has consistently been a reliable and convenient place to find great tile. I have also always had a positive experience with their staff. The Padron family has been friendly and welcoming over the years, even recognizing me and engaging with me after long periods between visits. Sue and Lisette have been there for over 19 years, which says a lot. You do not keep long-term staff like that unless people are being treated well. Thank you to Padron and your team for the fantastic showroom, beautiful variety of tiles, and great service. Karen Morris

Grandview is an appropriately named store if you need a new kitchen…read more My new kitchen is now Grand and the View is gorgeous! From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment. From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project. Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The job included having mirrors removed (a lot of them!) a wall removed, soffit removed, ceiling replaced, complete cabinet removal and installation, island installation, granite countertop installation floor tiles, new backsplash and more. We needed Susana's expert GC and his plumber, tile expert, counter installation company and electrician. Each step of the way was extraordinarily smooth. We were consulted on every detail. The team worked swiftly and with the care and precision you could only dream of for people working in your home. Best of all, the project came in ON BUDGET and was completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! I cannot say enough good things about Grandview Kitchens! If you're even considering a kitchen project of any size or scale, call Susana. You will not regret it! Andrew S. 12/1/2021

The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.
