Robes were super cozy and the waiting area comfortable. Sarah gave me a wonderful facial and foot treatment. I could not help myself but fall into a light sleep during the Indian head treatment and foot reflexology with Rosemary. Apparently twice a year they have a nurse that comes and offers Botox and today was one of those days. A pass for me. The pool area is shared with the resort. It was very quiet and lovely views.

As a regular client of this establishment since I moved to the Island over 7 years ago, I can assure that anyone who visits Mint Spa will be amazed at the quality of work, customer service, and overall experience. The experience, while there, was OK but when I returned home, while I was at Yoga (bare feet), a huge flake of nail polish came off the big toe on my right foot. Underneath, was a huge white patch. When I got home, I removed my nail polish on both my toes and fingers and found white patches everywhere. Turns out I got a fungus at this spa. Here in Ontario, whenever I have a manicure or pedicure, new tools/equipment are always used and then sent home with us. We can bring them back with us on subsequent visits. The manicurist did not use new tools/equipment and I think that this is why I got this fungus (never had this before) and I am still trying to deal with this. My nails (once beautiful, even without polish) are a complete mess right now....flaking, splitting and of course, this mess. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place to have this treatment done at this spa!

My daughter and grandaughter were called in fist as my girl was still finishing up with another client . I decided that I would pay then so my daughter wouldn't try to pay where she would be out first. I was feeling rushed when paying as I was waiting for the girl to come for my massage. After paying I went back to sit down to wait and when I looked at my receipt and realized that I had made a mistake with the tip. It was $93.00 and change!! I am a retied senior and absolutely could not afford a tip like this! I panicked and immediately went back to the cash and explained that I could not afford a tip like this., I will not go into the details of the rude and condescending attitude that I experienced from the girl behind the counter. I understood what an inconvenience that I had caused and as mentioned ....I apologized a few times. My apologies were met with grunts and obvious major irritation. This immediately tainted my whole spa experience. and carried through my whole session! To note.... I was refunded the tip in cash so I could then give what I believed to still be a generous tip. My daughter experienced the same attitude when inquiring about prices for some products she wanted to purchase while waiting for me to come out. She also overheard that same rudeness and attitude with phone customers.... I/we will never return!!!! Word of mouth is advertisement and I am afraid my reviews are not positive
