Not very good. Even…read morethough she was nice, the assistant to the Dermatologist was spaced out and couldn't hold information in her brain for more than just a few seconds. I don't know if there's a learning disability going on.....I'm of course not a doctor. But Something was up. I had to give her 3 words at a time regarding my past health history and even then, she could barely do it and type it. I don't think she was a good fit for this type of job. THEN the front desk person named Asia was screwing up as well. I gave her the name and other info for my pharmacy and supposedly she typed it in from what I saw. I work during the day and I left messages on their prescription voicemail to put through my medication to my pharmacy AS WELL. They kept calling back through caller ID and seeing my phone number instead of checking their voicemail messages to see why the patient was calling. Just really unprofessional! It went back and forth like this and they never sent my prescription to the pharmacy during this period of time. This went on for 8 days. Really crazy making and so unprofessional. I called today to speak to the manager. I spoke to Asia, the front desk person first. She told me that the assistant to the dermatologist was supposed to give me a pamphlet that says that it goes through their Pharmacy that they're connected with. Well why didn't Asia tell me that in the first place when she was taking my Pharmacy information and why didn't the assistant give me the pamphlet? And when I gave Asia the front desk person the information of my Pharmacy why didn't she tell me the prescription goes to their pharmacy?????? Why are people like this? What happened to great customer service? I did make a complaint to the manager. So I got that out of the way. I'm never going back there. It's just too disorganized.

After gradually losing my hair from 2020 to 2025, I was convinced that I was going to get a hair transplant to restore my hair to what it looked like 20 years ago. In June 2025, I went to two professionals in LA and was told that I had very fine and poor donor hair. They both still wanted to proceed, but I knew in my heart I wouldn't get the result I wanted. I was devastated at the news. A year ago in November, I decided to shave my head. A lot of guys look great with shaved heads, but it wasn't right for me. I had heard about SMP so I watched a couple YouTube videos about it but thought could this be the solution? Could I really get a realistic illusion of hair if I couldn't have real hair? I was skeptical, but DESPERATE at this point because I just did not like the way I looked with no hair at all. After googling who the best SMP artist was In Los Angeles, I immediately made a consultation with Zang in April of 2026. He listened to why I was interested in SMP and was very understanding as I revealed how much my self-esteem had plummeted because of losing my hair. He was very confident and felt strongly that I could get a realistic result that I would be very satisfied with. I still was very unsure so I asked if I could bring a friend into another consultation to which he agreed free of charge. After the second consultation, I felt certain that if I were to have SMP, Zang was the best artist to do it!! I quickly booked my first two sessions in May of this year, the 2nd and 9th. After those two sessions, I wanted the color a little darker and the hairline a little lower to which he agreed so I had a third session June 6th. The results were coming along, but I collaborated with him, and we both decided to lower the hairline again (still to a realistic level) and make the hairline and sides fuller which he did on July 18th, my fourth session. My fifth session was October 3rd in which he added density and blended the whole head again. Even before I had the 5th session, already happy with my results, my ex, his sister and both nieces commented how much they like it. One of the nieces couldn't believe it wasn't my own hair! She just kept staring at it and said so that's not your hair. She said again so wait, that's not your hair? I had to let her feel it until she finally understood. My own two nephews and niece also thought it looked natural. The older nephew said it doesn't look all inked up like a tattoo. Now, my best friend who has been with me since the consultation and at every session always said it was going to look great as did Zang, and they were both right! They both encouraged me to trust the process which I have an extremely hard time doing. I like instant results. Like you get your hair cut, bam, it's done. You either like it or you don't. Not so with SMP. It truly is a process, and you have to trust that Zang will listen to your needs, offer his expert opinion and work together with you. The most unexpected but positive comment I got was from a dermatologist who asked me who did my SMP because he really was really impressed with the results. I told him Zang. Then he said again well, I like it a lot, and I have clients who ask about this procedure, and I need a good referral so could I have his number and address. That was an unsolicited 5-star opinion from a professional dermatologist who I had only seen once for my skin, nothing to do with my hair. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Zang SMP enough. I am very pleased with the results!! From Day 1, he was incredibly dedicated to and invested in the process of doing my personal scalp micropigmentation exactly right while I needed constant reassurance that all would be okay. He went above and beyond for me, providing five full sessions, truly working with me to ensure the hairline, color and density were what we finally agreed on. He is a skilled artist who genuinely cared and cares about my satisfaction rather than just treating me like the next number on his list. I was looking to get botox from a local clinician in the area and I found Skin by Lovely. Once I filled out my form and handed back the ipad, I waited a total of 5 min before I was greeted by another staff member who took me take photos of my face before putting in a glass surround corner exam room, mind you on the 9th floor on Wilshire in Brentwood right before Santa Monica. The views were excellent the room was well decorated, organized, with breathtaking views and nothing like a hospital exam room. I was then introduced to Nikki H. my injector, who seemed very courteous and welcoming. She asked me specific questions regarding what were goals with tox and then asked if i'd make certain expressions with my face so she can make her analysis. Immediately after she had the NP Lovely come in and review the treatment we agreed on. Once she came, set up her kit, then proceeded to stick me while I was talking to the NP.
