The billing department is awful to deal with. Maggie is very rude and they do not know how to do…read moretheir jobs. I have been dealing with an insurance claim from October of 2021 and because they lack the knowledge to bill correctly or even have a decent conversation and try to assist the patients advocate on how the claim was messed up I am now stuck paying a hefty bill that should have been covered by insurance had they billed the claim correctly. The therapists are great but it sucks that the people behind the scenes have to make our experience awful! I do not suggest anyone using this company due to their billings office.

Do I want to understand FULLY what is going on? 4. Do I want to be visually shown why I am in pain or what needs to heal? 5. Do I want to be greeted with a smile and "Hello-name," the minute I walk in? 6. Am I going to want to return for more treatment? 7. Does it matter to me that every single person at CORE307 PT cares about my well-being? 8. Do I want to be able to laugh while I am being treated? 9. Would I like to be treated like family and not a payment? 10. Finally, would I like to get better? I personally answered "Yes" to all 10 questions. For me, I need to be heard, my care needs to matter, and I need to feel comfortable receiving treatment. Core307 is the ONLY PT I will go to! Brittany and her staff are amazing! Brit can tell you what's wrong and what's causing your pain even before you're even finished telling her all your symptoms. She not only fixes you, but explains what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I cannot recommend Core 307 highly enough. They rock!!!

It has been going on since the end of March, I haven't been able to get physical therapy not due to me but the ladies constantly changing my schedule inconveniencing me and then when I show up unfortunately it's they change the time or it's not the therapy I requested. It's 10 million different excuses that they give you. Be prepared to be treated like absolute crap! You WILL NOT get better at all! How are someone supposed to get better when I haven't seen my physical therapist and going on 3 weeks it's absolutely pathetic! This place needs to get investigated. Just because we're a small community and we're really not that small doesn't mean that this type of piss poor customer service is the standard treatment it absolutely should not be. It's a shame because they have really good physical therapist there, but the communication is horrendous the treatment by the ladies at the front horrendous. After what I experience today YET AGAIN being told I was scheduled at a certain time to do a certain therapy and then MAGICALLY IT CHANGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I'm done coming to this place! I haven't seen my physical therapist since the end of March, how am I supposed to get better with this kind of treatment? How would anyone get better with this kind of dismissive treatment when you're at your must vulnerable. Avoid this place at all cost.
