I have been dealing with an insurance claim from October of 2021 and because they lack the knowledge to bill correctly or even have a decent conversation and try to assist the patients advocate on how the claim was messed up I am now stuck paying a hefty bill that should have been covered by insurance had they billed the claim correctly. The therapists are great but it sucks that the people behind the scenes have to make our experience awful! I do not suggest anyone using this company due to their billings office.

I was battling the wind from Devil's Tower to Gillette, pinning my accelerator but only managing 65-70 mph! By the time I got to Gillette, it was clear I wouldn't make it too much farther - especially since my neck was killing me after several hours of this windy nonsense. I stopped to meet a really pretty dog in the back of a pickup truck - and then met her owner, the lovely and gracious Kim Maycock. We chatted about my trip, travel times in the wind and so on - and I mentioned I hoped to find a nice place to stay and maybe a chiropractor in the morning. She shook her head and laughed - "I'm a chiropractor!" she said. She offered to do an adjustment for me but was then worried about my lack of diligence in ascertaining that she really was who she said she was. Heck - at that point - if someone offered to drive 18-wheeler over me to resolve my neck pain, I would not have said no! I got horizontal on the sidewalk near where she was parked and she got on her knees, cradling my head in her hands. She didn't just jump in there - she really checked out what was going on with my muscles and did some rubbing and stretching before she adjusted me - and she knew what she was doing - only one adjustment on each side (some chiros take multiple attempts, you know? I don't go back to them!) - and my neck is still doing great - months later! Thanks for helping a gal out in a pinch, Kim! All my love to Marilyn!

It has been going on since the end of March, I haven't been able to get physical therapy not due to me but the ladies constantly changing my schedule inconveniencing me and then when I show up unfortunately it's they change the time or it's not the therapy I requested. It's 10 million different excuses that they give you. Be prepared to be treated like absolute crap! You WILL NOT get better at all! How are someone supposed to get better when I haven't seen my physical therapist and going on 3 weeks it's absolutely pathetic! This place needs to get investigated. Just because we're a small community and we're really not that small doesn't mean that this type of piss poor customer service is the standard treatment it absolutely should not be. It's a shame because they have really good physical therapist there, but the communication is horrendous the treatment by the ladies at the front horrendous. After what I experience today YET AGAIN being told I was scheduled at a certain time to do a certain therapy and then MAGICALLY IT CHANGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I'm done coming to this place! I haven't seen my physical therapist since the end of March, how am I supposed to get better with this kind of treatment? How would anyone get better with this kind of dismissive treatment when you're at your must vulnerable. Avoid this place at all cost.
