After that, we completed three meditations that bring you to a place of relaxation and self-reflection. Lillie was kind, professional, welcoming, trauma-informed, and truly gifted. I was able to enter a deeply meditative space almost instantly with her that allowed me to safely process and release a lot of emotions and memories that I hadn't realized were hanging so heavily on me. When I first entered the treatment room, I was met with pleasant sounds and smells. Both Beth and the space were both so warm and welcoming. Beth explained what I might feel during the session and then proceeded to treat me for stress and back pain. The experience was something out of this world and something that I would DEFINITELY do again. It was probably more relaxing than a massage. The hour session that I received seemed like 5 minutes! It felt as though I had been asleep for about 8 hours, but I was awake with my eyes closed! I left the treatment feeling amazingly peaceful, in less pain, and no longer stressed.
