Laila, the owner, provided wonderful customer service even before I scheduled the appointment. Promptly answered my emails, including on weekends. Scheduling was easy and at a time that would be of best convenience for us. She guided me in the choice of the package with the best cost-benefit according to my gestational age (I am 18 weeks). Livestreaming was offered at no cost, which made the experience even more special, since all our family members live overseas. Throughout the appointment, Laila was extremely professional, caring, and thoughtful. She made sure everything was ready before my arrival. The environment is very welcoming and comfortable, which made us feel at home. The ultrasound was detailed and she took the time to show us every little body part of our little girl! She never rushed---she actually took longer than what the package included, which we appreciated. Laila is extremely knowledgeable medically as well due to her extensive past training and experiences, which helped to reassure us that everything is going well and within expectations for the gestational age---disclaimer: it does not replace proper medical evaluation, though! She made the experience personalized and unique, My husband and I were glad we have chosen Mom2Bee for this very special moment. Yesterday my husband and I had gone to our diagnostic at the IWK for our 21 week ultrasound. When we left we were rather disappointed as we were told we would have to wait to find out the gender and overall they didn't share much with us in detail. So today, we decided to look for a private office to view our baby as the suspense of waiting the weekend and then some was too much. We called mom2bee and were able to get in the same afternoon (on the weekend) for a private appointment. I am so happy we did!! Doctor Layla was wonderful and welcoming! The fact that she is also a medical doctor with 30 years experience in obstetrics really is an added bonus. The office was lovely. Very clean and professional. She was such a pleasure and able to show us our baby in detail, you can truly tell that she loves being able to be a part of sharing in such special moments. I absolutely recommend Mom2Bee when looking to get an ultrasound. We set up this appointment because my husband is unable to come with me to the IWK ultrasound due to Covid. We got so much more than we expected! There is a great big screen that you get to watch the ultrasound on. Dr.Layla is very professional, the place is clean, and she is very knowledgeable. She was able to confirm our due date, ensure that our baby's size was average for the time of the pregnancy, and we heard the heartbeat. Dr. Layla is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has a very accommodating schedule and makes her patients feel extremely comfortable and at ease. My husband and I went in for an early reassurance ultrasound to hear the baby's heartbeat and she was very thorough, explained everything we were seeing on the large screen, and gave us the opportunity to hear the strong heartbeat twice during the appointment. For an anxious first-time mother, this meant A LOT! We also saw our little baby wiggle around for the very first time :) I would highly recommend Dr. Layla to other couples who want an in-depth viewing of their little one. read more

With everything happening with COVID, my husband wasn't able to attend any regular appointments or ultrasounds and it's been devastating as this is our first baby. At mom2bee, my hubby was able to attend and watching him see our little girl for the first time was one of the best experiences of my life. I can't suggest going here enough! I definately recommend mom2bee to any expectant mothers. Dr Layla is extremely knowledgeable and patient and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. I had 5 children and 3 adults in the room with me and we all fit comfortably and she was very accommodating. She took her time to measure the baby and check everything out. I have an anterior placenta and my baby girl would not uncross her legs for nearly an hour and Dr Layla did not give up even though it was only a paid for 15 minute session. She is the best and I will be back after 24 weeks to see my babys growth and to get some awesome pictures! I can't wait :) read more

Saturday we visited Mom2Bee in Halifax and I must say I was so pleased with our experience. From the minute we got there we were treated with such warmth by Dr. Layla! We brought a crowd and she made us feel very comfortable and welcome! She was very informative and professional but kind and friendly! Very professional and accommodating. We were booked for a 15 minute appointment to determine gender and get a picture but my little guy was being incredibly stubborn about uncrossing his legs haha. When all was said and done we were there for about 45 minutes with no extra cost.
