This review is for a $240 deep clean on a small 900sqft home: They did not clean base boards as promised, they did not clean the laundry room at all, they didn't clean the foyer at all, I'm pretty sure they didn't even mop the floors anywhere is the house, there was bits of food in the kitchen sink so I'm pretty sure they didn't clean that either and they didn't vacuum near the walls in the house which was very apparent. Windows were untouched and dirty, microwave dirty, dust on mirrors in living room and tables so those were not cleaned at all. 5 wins for worst clean i have ever had on my house. Another private cleaning lady came in and cleaned the house again the very next day because you could not tell the house had been cleaned at all. I'm trying to imagine what they could have possibly done for 2 hours and 5 minutes with two people in my 900 sqft home, because they definitely weren't cleaning during that time. I couldn't even smell cleaning products when I entered the house. It's like I hired two people to hang out in my house for 2 hours. I do not recommend this very dishonest cleaning company. When I told my landlord about it she informed me that this company has a very bad reputation in Sioux Falls and this does not surprise her in the least bit. Here are pictures. I just bought a new home. I ordered a move in clean since the home was empty and the previous family had kids and pets. They didn't clean well at all and charged me over $400 dollars. I bought a cheap vacuum from Walmart and vacuumed the living room just to test it out and it sucked up so much dirt and hair that I immediately recorded it with my phone. How could this cheap vacuum suck up more than the maid did?! I had the blinds up that day and the sun hit the floor in a way that allowed me to see that they didn't fully mop the dining room either. I just moved to this state, I've had maids before with no problem. I'm very disappointed they overcharged and didn't even fully clean and took me for my money. read more

The cleaners are fast and hard working! We had some remodeling done while we were out of town. The contractor said our whole house needed cleaning because of residual dust so I connected him with Molly Maids and requested our regular team. When we returned, our home was spotless and the contractor told us how impressed he was with the cleaners! read more

I had two ladies do a move out clean from our apartment. Both arrived promptly, were friendly and went right to work. Milusca and Angelica did an excellent job. I stopped in after I finished my day of work and was very pleased with their work. I will recommend Molly Maids to others. read more

Molly Maids has been amazing for us. When we moved we were waiting for a new estimate for cleaning and I tried another company - they didn't even hold a candle to Molly Maids. We have had them clean for over 2 years and they are thorough, courteous, and incredibly hard workers. I love the little touches other companies won't do - changing bed linens, taking out the garbage and little touches like you'd get in a luxury hotel room - notes, folded toilet paper, etc. I have been so happy with their service and love coming home to a sparkling clean home. read more

Unreliable. Scheduled 10 am cleaning. Got call at 9:50 saying they'll arrive in ten minutes. Nothing until i called back twice at 10:20 and 10:25 and they explained they returned to previous customer without notifying me of any issues. Look elsewhere for a reliable service. read more

Worst experience ever...Is there such a thing to rate this company a negative 5 starts? I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy. These people aren't professionals they run a fly by night operation. I have used them several time they send out different people, smokers evidently cause my house stunk. I had to re-clean what I made them to do such has dusting, vacuuming and they never bothered to scrubbed my tub. I wasted my money...over rated rates. Very disappointed time. read more

Moving out of an apt can be a daunting experience, and there is much to do. I called Molly maids for a little help. Two ladies came to help me out. They were very cool and extremely friendly. They smiled and were very polite as well. I told them a few things I wanted done and they did it. The work was very solid and professional. This was a first for me and I would do it again. I wish I knew the girls names so I could give a shout out to them. It was a young native American girl and a middle aged native American women. They rocked!! Thank you! read more

Couldnt have asked for a better cleaning service. We moved into our new home from out of state and molly maids made the transition much less stressful by throughly cleaning the home before we arrived. They went as far as cleaning all shelves and the bottom of the sliding door track. The old homeowners left our home a little dirty and left the fridge a mess. Molly Maids made sure that we did not walk in to any of this, and did an amazing job at it. Would recommend to anyone and will absolutely be using their cleaning services again. read more

I've had ok service so far with Molly Maid. I've been using them for a little over a year, I gave them a 3 because they have always accommodated my schedule changes and are very easy to work with regarding that. The cleaning for the most part has been good, occasionally they switch who is cleaning the house and I don't really like that. Some teams are better than others. read more
