Molly Maids has been cleaning my house every other week for a few months now. Yay! We take off for a few hours and come back to a clean house. They were very accommodating when we first started since I didn't want a morning appointment (we're not morning people...). They usually arrive around noon-ish on the same day every other week. Even when school was canceled and the roads were treacherous, Molly Maids made it through and our house was cleaned :) Thanks for doing what you say you will, when you say you'll do it. Horrible company. I hired them to do a deep clean of my home, $400. They set the price and showed up and only cleaned about 2/3 of the house. Left me with my main floor untouched, floors not vacuum, counters messy, microwave not cleaned, bathrooms filthy. Called to complain and they admitted the problem but said that I would have to pay $200 more to have them finish the job. read more

Today I received a bill for $50 due to a "lock out" because the Molly Maids could not get into my house on my regular cleaning day. My husband locked the screen door, and I didn't realize it. I have been with Molly Maids for 23 YEARS and I got a bill. So much for being a valued and loyal customer. read more

BEWARE!!!! Do not hire this company PERIOD! Nichole and Sheila were the two cleaners at my home on April 17th 2019 (this was there second visit). I have multiple security cameras at my home. Cleaner 1 - "Cameras?" Cleaner 2 - "Ya he has cameras in there." Cleaner 1 - I think the cameras are just there to scare people, there not real. After coming home I immediately noticed my floors downstairs had not even been cleaned. I have ALL tile, marble and hardwood floors throughout the house. I was told the floors would be vacuumed and mopped on each visit. The floors were not even vacuumed and I found dirt from shoes all over the entry way. I then made my way upstairs to find about a three foot long scratch in my Brazilian Cherry Wood Hardwood Floors in the front bedroom. Then I moved onto the back bedroom and found an entire section of my floor had the finish damaged. The actual clear coat of the floor was damaged. They stated they were only going to use water on the floors but clearly a chemical made it in by mistake! I then checked some of the other areas that were promised to be cleaned on each visit and found the following... dust accumulation on the light fixtures, dirt under the couch cushions (was told they vacuum under the cushions on each visit) and a TON of debris under the rug in the master bedroom which I was told as long as the rug can be lifted and or moved they would clean underneath it. I then received multiple phone calls asking me to update my payment information. On about the fourth or fifth call they left me a message letting me know that the ladies only cleaned half the house because it was "under-construction" so my total was only going to be $85.00 instead of the normal $150.00. I'm pretty sure even $85.00 is more than half of $150.00. My house does not have a single room under construction and I invited the owner and manager over to the house to take a look. They saw the house and agreed with me that there was no reason the entire house could not have been cleaned. The manager, Tracy offered to come back with the girls and make sure all the cleaning was done properly. I told Tracy I just wanted my hardwood floors fixed and I did not want the cleaners back in my house. Tracy set up a day and time to come by and said she was going to try and "buff out the damaged floors." Well, today was that scheduled day and she showed up with the owner, I believe her name was Lynn. They asked to see the damaged floors upstairs which I showed them. The owner proceeded to look at the scratch and say, "none of the equipment our ladies use could have done this, we have felt on the bottom of our vacuums." She then proceeded to tell me that it was from furniture being moved. I informed them both that NEITHER of the rooms with floor damage have ANYONE living in them and the furniture has not been moved in over a year! Then they moved on to the back bedroom where the finish was taken off. Once again she said their ladies only use water and water would not have caused that so she "doesn't know what to tell me." I told her the floors looked fine that morning and were destroyed when I came home. She stated it looked to her like someone spilled a drink on the floor and did a poor job cleaning it up. Well, since no one was ever in that room except for them and nothing has ever been spilled obviously something got mixed up in their cleaning supplies. They also tried rubbing and wiping the damaged finish as if it would just rub away but noticed it was more than superficial and had actual damage. Tracy offered to try and clean the floor but you can not clean away a damaged finish! After they told me there was nothing they could do I told them I would see them in court. This place is horrible. The ladies who came to clean our house didn't do some very basic things, and they didn't clean things they said they would. They also broke a keepsake from our wedding. I was super excited to hear that Molly Maid of Flint was now accepting the trade organization I am in. I called and scheduled a cleanign at my Goodrich home as I am 8 months pregnant and desperately need help getting my home in order before a large party at my home this weekend with lots of family and friends. The Molly Maid of Flint fit me in with no problem. Later I recieved a call from Molly Maids of Metamora. I appartently am in THEIR territory...not Flints, so she will not allow the Flint office to come clean my home. She also is not in trade so if I want her to come clean my home I will have to pay her cash. I explained that I am very pregnant and do not have the cash, I ahve trade, which is why I called the Flint office and asked for their business. She did not seem to care. She has my territory and if I want Molly Maid I will use her or no one. Apparently if she can't have my business she will make sure no one can. Way to hurt the Molly Maid franchise.... I will not be using her services EVER, even when I do have the cash. She was very rude and non-understanding to my situation. read more
