I do not recommend this realtor to ANYONE. He showed us numerous homes that did not meet our criteria at all, wasting our time. I asked him for a one-story ranch home because our dog cannot walk up stairs due to her age, and he asked me how much longer she would live and recommended that I do not buy a house for a dog. I thought his commentary about what I was looking for in a house was rude and unnecessary (he made several "jokes" about this). Furthermore, when we finally found a home we liked, he wanted us to take a $500 credit toward the repairs instead of having the sellers make the repairs, which were well over $3,000.00. He clearly did not have my or my husband's interests in mind. When I told him no, he said that the sellers may keep our earnest money if we back out, which is completely false as some of the repairs were structural. Finally, when we took possession (a day late, and he was completely unhelpful in helping us get the sellers out of the home on time - we gave them FOURTEEN days to move out), he did not have a key to the property, so we had to find an open window and crawl through it. This is only a brief summary of the problems that we experienced with this man as a realtor. As a warning, if you use this realtor, you will be wasting your time and going through an enormous amount of anxiety and stress that is unnecessary. He is an absolutely horrific, unprofessional realtor. Do NOT use him.
