In fact, they never greet you with a smile, or a kind word, and almost always seem *bothered by whatever interaction they have to have with patients. Scheduling a follow up appointment for a minor surgery felt like a surgery in and of itself, and painful. The woman with the blonde and fading pink bob, was so unkind and had a major attitude when 'helping' me schedule my surgery. For this reason I will avoid the Eden Prairie location at all costs. I left feeling awful. The anticipation of my upcoming surgery, wasn't made any less unpleasant by the lack of empathy or compassion from the front desk staff. Which is sad, considering it is a first and last point of contact at the clinic. Incredibly disappointing, especially when the doctor and her assistant are so awesome. However, Molly made me feel alone in my skin condition and told me the only person worse that she's seen is an older man who was ex-military (not sure why this mattered). To be fair, I did ask if my condition was severe. However, I don't think she needed to compare me (24 yo Female) to an older man. When it came time to pay my bill, total with my HDHP insurance through UHC was $400. I looked at the bill and it stated "45-minute doctor visit". Absolutely not. She was in the room for 10-15 minutes with me. Otherwise, it was the nurse. I called to have the bill reviewed because I am fully aware of AI upcoding. Really don't think she spend 45 minutes on me and notes for my visit. And, the after visit clinical notes said "dermoscopy was used during today's exam". What? She just looked at my skin with her eyes, and pulled out this instrument for .2 seconds and did not hold it close to my skin at all, then put it away. I didn't even have time to ask what this was that's how quick it was used. I'm sure this was included in the notes so that the bill could be inflated further. Will not be returning unfortunately. Do not know if this is Ridgeview billing unethically, or if this was the provider trying to bill unethically. Nonetheless, feels hurtful to see that as a patient.

I took my dog, Decker, back to the clinic after a month to have his allergy testing done. Every one…read moreof the employees are so welcoming and caring for Decker. His allergy testing took about a half an hour to complete and I waited in my car in the parking lot while he was getting tested. After the testing, they took the time to go over the results with me in depth and concocted his own personalized micro dose of drops for us to give him twice daily to help fight those allergens. He was a little stoned when he came out of the testing, and they offered to help get him in the car for me since he's a big boy! Decker ended up not needing any help and is happily resting at home. We are looking forward to our follow-up appointment in 3-4 months from now!
