Ken Moll took my case back in the 90s. We had a solid case with solid evidence, but Ken had to hire a local counsel due to legal system in my state. We were suing the medical center that trained most of the doctors and the school, Indiana University, also trained most of attorneys and judges in that state. IU alumni are incredibly dedicated to their alma mater! The local counsel "forgot" an important deadline and the judge then threw the case out.
