It had the normal toast points and olive oil to add as desired with the tomato/basil/onion on the side and was accompanied with arugula, cantaloupe and olives....a meal in itself. For the mains we ordered the Pasta al Forno and the homemade Ricotta Raviolis Al Pesto Maison. Both arrived and we thought we were in Italy. They were huge and beautiful. And perfectly cooked. We ate until we couldn't eat anymore and barely ate half... the portions are huge. Sad we were too full to have dessert. Hopefully we will return in another visit. The English speaking chef came to help us choose our menu. What a great surprise with his recommendations. The food is individual freshly prepared. Pasta is steaming hot and seafood salad is loaded with a variety of seafoods. The Italian ham, melon, avocado, grapes and mixed seasoning greens are so fresh and appetizing. My future trip to Montreux and neighboring cities will definitely promise a return to Al Cilento!!

I wish the veggies would have been more substantial like broccoli or cauliflower, but I don't think they have that in Switzerland. I have been searching for it and can't find and may e that's why I'm craving it. Anyway, my husband had the bruschetta and he said it was good.
