Contacted Lowery Brothers for a quote the next morning, and got a response in less than 10 minutes saying they'd be able to be there that evening. They contacted me later in the day confirming they would be there when they said, and they arrived right on schedule (and wearing masks, which was appreciated). They ended up pulling off one toilet and snaking the drain, clearing the clog, then reseating the toilet, which had a leak at the base. Their price was less than half of the other quote, and they were professional, friendly, and fast. I am going to be calling these guys for all plumbing services I'll need in the future, and will be recommending them as well.

They can be a little…read moredifficult to get scheduled as they are pretty backlogged and communication isn't always perfect. But once the service was scheduled, Gaby came out he did a great job. He took the time to explain everything, showing me how everything worked, and how it was supposed to work. We identified the faulty heads (there were 3) and a control module that needed replacing, adjusted several heads and got it all working the way it should. He showed me how to adjust the sprinklers myself as well so I can tweak the patterns if needed. I'm more of a hands on person so this was ideal for my needs. The pricing was transparent and fair and I'd recommend their services to others.

Gabriel and Oliver arrived within the appointment's time window, listened carefully to what we wanted done, got right to work and never stopped until the job was complete an hour and a half later. They tore out all the old lines, which had become buried under layers of mulch over the years and completely replaced them, giving us options and suggestions along the way. They were extremely professional and Gabriel was very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations of what they were doing and why it was the best way for it to be done. We could not have asked for better workmanship. The price was fair and the quality of the work, as I've tried to emphasize in this review, was top-notch. Throughout the process, Ed and his team took their time to ensure that I was content throughout the process, taking a bit more time than quoted as a result of my thoughts/wants, but I am incredibly happy with my new floors. I HIGHLY recommend using Ed and his team for your next hardwood project. The value provided was very high and I would definitely be willing to invite him back in the future for other hardwood projects. My stairwell may be next! The team feathered in the new floor into the old, meaning that they took out a few boards from the old floor into order to get the new floor to flow as smoothly as possible. The material is similar to the type that was already installed, but the new material has more worm holes and noticeable defects -issues that are common with real oak but I do wish those specific boards were either not used or the holes patched as needed. Again, I understand the flaws are common, but the floors we were matching did not have these same imperfections. That said, the team did everything they could to ensure that the new floor was stained to a color I was content with. We tried many colors and the team remained patient with me the entire time, showing their level of detail for customer service. Even though I am disappointed with the material itself, I cannot overlook the patience and level of detail that the team had - 5 star experience with the subcontractor used!
