Other companies tried to make my problem seem like a way bigger issue than it truly was in attempts to gain more money, but Eric was honest and gave great advice. He went above and beyond and walked around my house giving me multiple tips and cost-saving ideas to remediate my water issues, which took time out of his day and was not something he was hired for. He did an amazing job clearing out all of the mold in my basement. He seems a little "OCD" about tidiness in an absolutely great way when dealing with mold issues. Would hire again is I had issues in the future!

We were able to open up the walls and identify multiple contributing factors such as plumbing leaks and even a huge hole in my wall leading to the outside that I would have otherwise not known about. The worked fast, efficiently, and were super timely with their appointments, etc. There was constant and clear communication throughout the project and they were able to contain the working area very well as to not affect the other parts of my home. They did an extremely clean job, with virtually no dust, etc left over and hauled away the junk each day. They also are just such upright and polite guys who are very knowledgeable and I can't recommend them enough. They gave me a very reasonable quote as well. I'm pretty picky and I would say these guys went above and beyond! If you're in the Pittsburgh area and you're using another mold remediation company, you're doing something wrong. I contacted Citywide after checking out their website and Jeff replied almost immediately. We set up an appointment that was within a reasonable time frame, and he also suggested adding on a deodorizer because of the pets. Jeff arrived within the quoted time and got right to work. I swear it took him barely an hour! The couches looked and smelled great when he was done. No signs of pet smells at all. It's been about a week since then, and they still smell great. I'm really pleased with this service and will keep them in mind for future work!

Jeff arrived promptly at noon with an assistant and wasted no time in setting up his equipment. He went into some of the rooms and pre-treated where the carpet was most dirty. I had emptied the rooms of furniture to make it easier for him. Why did I do that? Because that's what I do. In less than an hour he came up to me and asked me to check out each room that he had done. At each room, I was actually amazed at how great the carpet looked and even things like "clean"shadows under throw rugs on top of rugs disappeared into clean carpet. I will definitely be making this a semi annual project especially because it took no time at all and the price was very reasonable. Thanks, Jeff.

If I could give Mike 100 stars, I would!…read more Last year, my husband and I purchased a home that was built over 60 years ago. It came with some dust, a less than desirable looking basement bathroom, a carpet in need of cleaning, and lots of windows to be cleaned. We were moving in a week and in search of a local cleaning company that wasn't a chain. I came across Clean & Pristine, and not only did they offer a lot of services, but their website was very detailed and easy to use. I accidentally booked a carpet cleaning separate from the spring cleaning where I could add carpet cleaning on. I reached out to Mike and he fixed it right away. He was so friendly and eager to help. The last owner said the house was clean, so I ended up cancelling. Well, it wasn't as clean as I had hoped, so I ended up booking another appointment online. Unfortunately, the time was mixed up so Mike contacted me right away to fix it. Fast forward to Monday, cleaning day, and the first blizzard of the winter season. I let him know that he didn't need to come out and we could reschedule. He had said he was going to still try and make it, and said he would be in touch. The weather was way too bad, so we rescheduled for Wednesday. The notifications were super helpful. Not only did I receive an email, but a text as well! Mike used our garage code and sent updates and pictures the whole time which was really nice! Apparently I had forgotten to choose carpet cleaning this time, so when I reached out to ask him if the carpet cleaner was non toxic (which it is!) He said he could get his machine and clean it and not to worry. Our house looked AMAZING and I felt so much better about moving in! I get bad anxiety over tub and carpet germs, and both are good as new now! They got in every nook and cranny and is ready to be lived in. My mother in law needed cleaning services a few months ago before she had guests coming, so we recommended Mike to her. She utilizeds services and was SO incredibly pleased with his work. She passed his info along to others as well! Mike is so professional and curteous and personable, and I'm very glad that we went with Clean & Pristine! Their pricing is very reasonable, and with a variety of services, there's something for everyone's individual needs. We will definitely be reaching out again for cleaning services in the future.

The damage was extensive and work began with initial recovery services - starting literally within hours after the tree fell in the wee hours of a Sunday morning. Repairs needed included new roofing, new skylights, ceiling and wall drywall repairs, and painting. Matt and Todd at GS Jones made sure that we had the best people available for each part of the work, and never quit until we were satisfied. The job finished up with the cleaning of wall-to-wall wool carpeting, custom window treatments, and oriental rugs. Once again, GS Jones used the best people in the city to get all of the cleaning done.
