I am not sure how bad counselors are in other schools or how bad communication it from the…read moreadministration, but for 4 grandkids going here, it has never changed. They don't have their crap together. They won't let a child pay sports because fees weren't paid even though you have proof fees were all paid. Only the counselor can fix but they never return calls, aren't in their office and don't respond to emails, and they have the power . They make it impossible to try and get something done. They do not listen to parents complaints at all. They do not look into any problems that are brought to them that is known to be true , but only listen to the teachers and not the students who go there or parents. I think this is a problem at many public schools, but this one is really bad. The English teacher was teaching the catcher and the rye...she told the class the B work and N word were in the book and the kids in class should be offended. I contacted vice principal and principal stating it should be these are offensive not the class be offended and the principal said well everyone has their opinion...this is not the first problem. During covid my grandson signed up the second term for weight training, he went to a church a couple times of week for socialation with other kids with online school. The 24 hr fitness allowed them to come over for free. The 2nd term he was told the class was full...yes this is online..and he was thrown into theater which was training for helping the theater group. You know the class no one wanted. He had to learn 250 key for lighting from pics online, make a small T-shirt, to scale nus stop and many more things. My granddaughter had taken this class before covid and said they never had to do any of that. He passed because I helped him. Then the spanish class was a joke , much harder than in class and half the class was failing, only the Hispanics were passing. I brought this to the principal and of course he said he would look into it and came back and said it wasn't true, did not talk to any students. Qsi of course now all these students have to make that class up .

It was a little over a 20 minute session and I spent majority of my time being told all the negative about my kid. Their requirements and expectations for little kids are completely outrageous. And I left with a piece of paper basically telling me I need to go get my child tested. And no, my child was not the only one to receive this paper. It's been a year now, and I am leaving a review because I came in contact with another individual who had a very similar experience. Except this persons child only lasted one day because they could not handle their disability. That's right. Let that sink in. So basically, if your child is years ahead of their age and can live up to these academic standards that Loving Heart Preschool has deemed necessary, this school is the school for you. But if your child is a typical child that likes to play and is easily distracted like a squirrel, I would recommend another Preschool for you. Save you the trouble of leaving that school in tears. Because apparently those traits are a big no-no. And no, I wasn't just an overly sensitive parent who was offended by this teacher's opinion of my child. I did get my child tested by a professional, I did numerous in-home test myself with my kid. I spoke to so many people in my inner circle and random parents and their children at playgrounds. And you know what I came back with? My child is happy, smart, and at the age of 3/4 did not need to be told he was mentally delayed. Who self diagnosis a kid that young? This school did.

Absolutely the worst their lack of communication is bar none the worst they constantly cancel…read moreclasses without notice today my daughter had a field trip and it was canceled without notice and I took the day off for it she was crushed. Not to mention during the month of December she went maybe 3 days and guess what yeah we still paid the full tuition. Same happened during the so called snow days. I have also noticed that if you are not part of a certain group of individuals then your kid gets put on the back burner. Not to mention that they wanted my daughter to get tested....... why you ask real simple she couldn't write her name in PRESCHOOL what kid can? After they told us this we started being more observant and we noticed all the kids were pretty much writing the same. That's when we started to notice the treatment difference so needless to say we're not happy with this place and after talking to the other parents that pulled their kids early we found out that they were treating their kids the same. Basically if you like wasting money and letting your kids down this is the place for you. Maybe I am wrong but this is just our experience and I wouldn't recommend this place for any reason.
