From his initial, detailed assessment of the pieces to his meticulous attention to detail during their restoration, I could tell that Joe knew his stuff. He went out of his way to explain the restoration process and gave me several opportunities to check on the progress of the work. He completely rebuilt the pieces, repairing dents, loose joints, cracks, and uneven doors and drawers. He was even able to match the stain color to my dining room table.
