It was already difficult to get this appointment, and I had been in serious pain for over a week, but they seemed more concerned about being 8-10 minutes late than helping someone who was clearly hurting. I immediately called another chiropractor's office and had no issues at all. They actually allow a reasonable grace period and, unsurprisingly, have much better reviews. That alone says a lot. I couldn't wash or brush my hair by myself. The doctors all said, "Carpal Tunnel syndrome" but my appointment for the Neurologist was a month away so my son suggested a Chiropractor. He said it sounded like a pinched nerve. After being reluctant to having my back cracked, I finally broke down and made an appointment with Dr. Rubio. OMG, I feel like a new person. Dr. Rubio sensed my fear and talked to me for awhile about the pain I was feeling. He made me feel comfortable about the procedure and said he thinks he can help me. He was gentle and caring and took my fears into consideration. When I walked out of his office, I was crying but not from pain but from the relief that I felt in my hands and arms. his procedures worked instantly. I knew when I walked out of his office that what he had done had changed my life back to the way it used to be. One day later and I can do all of the things that I couldn't do when I walked into his office. The rest is history and have been coming here for adjustments ever since. My wife joined me as a patient and loves it here just as much. Most importantly is this is not one of the many insurance/accident fraud treatment mills we have all over the high desert. They are 100% ethical and they do not participate in any questionable business practices. They also offer massage therapies as well as natural nutrition products and supplements.
