Talked with service; they set the expectation it would get done, but no estimate. Come to find out my bike was on a lift after hours, and ready for me first thing in the AM; new tire mounted/balanced, belt adjusted correctly, washed and cleaned up. I even got a discount due to my HOG membership. To say the least, I couldn't have been happier. The service and parts folks made me feel taken care of, things were under control, and dead simple. My Triumph had not been serviced in…read moreover 2 years so I dropped by and asked the owner to have a quick look at the bike to see if he thought it was okay for a 3-day trip. He spent 15 minutes or so with me and said he thought it was fine. He is very knowledgeable and it was really nice of him too stop work for a little bit and give me a bit of peace of mind aheae of my trip. I then made an appointment for an oil change, new tires and fork seals, and some brake work. Unlike many bike shops they make appointments, and will work on any bike of any age. Owner completed the work promptly and my bike rides as well as it ever has. I can't recommend this place enough.
