My experience with this public school has been generally positive. At that time, some students could be disrespectful toward each other and, unfortunately, toward their teachers as well. This environment led several instructors to leave, as it's ultimately the responsibility of parents and/or guardians to guide their children's behavior rather than relying solely on teachers. I should also note that, based on my experience with the Asian teacher (there was only one Asian teacher during my time at the school) she was highly educated, knowledgeable, and professional; however, the differences in English dialects and accents led to minor communication challenges. I would recommend this public school over the charter schools in town, especially since charter school instructors are not required to have official teaching credentials - something parents should keep in mind. Overall, while there are minor challenges with language and student behavior, the supportive, professional, and highly educated staff make Fox Creek Junior High make it a truly great choice for your child. Mrs. Morrison, Mrs. Kish, Mrs. Swanson are A+++++ * Grades k-8 free / Preschool weekly fee * Large, clean playground with shaded equipment for the children, monitored by adults * Shade and misters are the front gate * Large gym for school sports, exercise, lunches, and events * Year round school * Uniforms, affordable, and sold on campus. The principal there thinks she knows what is best for every student and to say such a thing is ignorance. My child has passing grades reads and spells great but they have put A bull's-eye on the back of my child since kindergarten because he's just not interested in the curriculum.
