One year he was voted One of the Best Doctors in Texas by Texas Monthly Magazine. Bedside manner = A+ Humor = A+ Empathy = A+ Professionalism = A+ Intelligence = A+ Since he is so good, his normal wait time to see him is about 3 months. Office staff doesn't appear to be competent. Twice I've had prescriptions "messed up" and made several trips to correct the Dr's errors. I've been given medications with incorrect instructions on how to take them. I'm sure Dr. Hughart is competent, but at the rate she pushes patients through, she is bound to make mistakes, and does. If she doesn't have time to give you a proper exam, then she should schedule so many appointments. You get the feeling that MCA is only concerned with the billables and not your health. I don't know who runs the clinic, but it must be a business minded person and not a health minded individual.
